The Company will be experiencing negative cashflow as the Company will have to incur expenses first prior to the
repayment from client etc. MyCreative can provide the necessary funding to bridge the financing gap.

Once the Company has received payment from the client etc, repayment of the bridging funding will be made to
MyCreative. The cycle will continue until the maturity of the facility.

The Company is only allowed to borrow up to its funding limit and once full/partial payment has been made
(principal + interest) and the Company will be able to drawdown again subject to the drawdown conditions imposed.

The Company will drawdown the funding based on tranches/milestones.

Gestation period for principal and interest may be granted depending on the structure of the business.

Once the Company receive sales from its project or the timing of the repayment schedule is met, the Company is
