Environmental aspects were taken into account from the very beginning in the construction of a
residential building named Adjutantti. Exceptionally, individual measuring and control systems were
installed in every apartment. Therefore all residents can influence directly their own energy consumption.
A solar electricity system was installed on roof-top to cover part of the common electricity consumption.
In addition, an electric car is reserved for the use of the residents.
