Summary:Thefoundationofachildsfutureishowwelltheyreceivetheireducation.In
thestateofFlorida,astatewidelanguageartstestwasissuedtoseehowwellthe
studentswerelearningthematerialtaughtinthethirdgrade.RodneyB.Cox
Elementaryschoolhad49percentoftheirstudentsscoreaoneonthetest,thelowest
scorepossible.Thisschoolsstudentbodyisdominatedbyahighpovertycommunity.
TrinityElementary,aschooldominatedbymiddleandupperclassfamilies,hadonly
