(five) years from the date of handing over of site by contractor to IOCL after successful
commissioning.
2. Further during the AMC period, the contractor shall also be responsible to maintain the web
based monitoring facility.
3. During AMC, party will visit site and carry out maintenance of the system, including cleaning
and tightness.
4. Any troubleshooting required shall also be covered under the scope.
5. Payment for the AMC of solar panel shall be done on yearly basis, 100% payment shall be done
every year within 30 days, after the successful completion of AMC for each year. Any
instrument/meter/tools/manpower required for the job shall be in vendors scope.
6. The loadging/boarding for his maintenance/service personnel along-with safety ppe will be
arranged by vendor.
7. Party will attend any breakdown call given by IOCL during AMC period in 48 hours. All the
following jobs shall be carried out at-least monthly:
Scope of Job:
A. Solar Modules
1. Module cleaning. Clean plain water is adequate but for hard stains wiper/soap can be used.
2. Visual inspection of waste and possible shadows
3. Checking the voltage / current of the junction boxes (if applicable)
4. Measurement of string currents to identify faulty strings
5. Checking of photovoltaic modules cabling
B. Structure
1. Tightening the screws of modules and structure
2. Verifying the elements of the structure for absence of deformations.
3. Check absence of oxidation points, initiation of oxidation or lack of galvanization
4. Checking the correct grounding connection of structure
C. Inverter
1. Checking the Readings and checking of error messages (if any)
2. Checking the DC switch dis-connector
3. Cleaning the ventilation plate
4. Checking the fan
5. Checking if display & keypad is functioning properly
6. Checking of inverter wake-up in the morning.
7. Measurement of voltage/current at critical locations (as per OEM instruction) for timely
identification of abnormality.
8. Cleaning of inverter against dust deposition.
9. Cleaning of air filters.
10. Check for any loose connections at the inverter terminals. If so retighten them.
