1. Tell me something about yourself?

I am rohit verma, currently I am living in India. I have passed my
graduation in bachelor in civil engineering from acropolis technical
campus in 2014 and I have got 7.07 CGPA. And I have great experience in
the field of civil as senior engineer in moyal steel company in indore,
india. Now Im looking to take my career to the next level and move out of
contract work into a full time employee for a company where I can be a
part of a team, but also allows me to focus my energy on my best
strength, working directly with customers. Id like to build a long term
career that lets me focus on professional growth.

2. What do you consider your most significant accomplishments?

1. I have got first prize for bridge design in an technical event
during college and I had also achieve the great score in my
education.
2. I had joined as a site supervisor in moyal steel building and now
with the my knowledge , my honesty , my hard work, my
technics, my coordination with team and client I have got
position of senior engineer in this company.

3. I had work on above 40+ projects since I am working. And

complete the work in before time of timeline the project.
4. My biggest project was handled by me up to the cost of 10 crore
indian rupees and about 150 MT.
5. Consulting on difficult engineering problems for office buildings,
hotels, stadiums, apartment complexes and industrial buildings.
6. As Civil discipline task leader, performed alignment, contract
drawings development and cost estimate. The project was
completed on a short deadline of given months, which included
last minute out of scope add-ons.

3. What do you consider your most significant weaknesses?

Sometimes I can be a bit too honest when I provide feedback to
coworkers. My personality is naturally very straightforward and to the
point, and most of my colleagues really value that, but I have learned
that there are times on the job when more diplomacy is required.
I took a training class on conflict management and it really opened my
eyes to the need to communicate differently with different people. So now
I am much better at providing constructive feedback, even if it doesnt
always come naturally.

4. How do you deal with criticism?

First I want to know the what is the motives of person
which is gives the information about to me and if he is
true and favor to me so I thank to him and id it is not for
favor to me so I cant entrained him and I would do my
work and ignore the criticism. And I will not give and want
any excuses about the criticism. And if needed so I make
a plan for addressing it.

5. What are your career goals? Where do you see yourself five
years from now?
Im really driven to achieve both mine and the companies goals and it is
my belief that this stability will allow me to do so as I grow within this
role. Five years down the road I see myself growing into a supervisor or
manager where Ill be able to use my skills to support and influence others

6. If after sometime you start disliking the job, what would you do?
Well, if such situation then my first priority would be to look within
myself and try to find out any shortcomings or lack of skills and
techniques. If such things happen then I would try to improve and
rectify myself. Still if I dont get an answer then I will speak to my
seniors and colleagues to learn my mistakes so that I become more user
friendly to my organization.

7. Why do you want to work at our company?

I would like to work with your company because I believe in the value of
teamwork and so when I saw the vacancy with your company, I had to
make sure my application was put in. I also love to work in your company
because I strongly believe in working with other people towards a common
goal and I know my skills and ideas I bring not only as an engineer but as
team member will make us valuable teammate.

8. What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea,

but you think it stinks?
Firstly, I would make the analysis on comparison between my points and
boss's points, will collect all the data using which I can convince him, then
will set up a one on one meeting for the discussion and will put forward the
data in a way that he do not get hurt. And as we all would be working for
betterment of organization, so if he feels that his idea is best one to
implement than would follow that and would try to give my best on it.

9 Why should I hire you from outside when I could promote

someone from within?
The company might be thinking that Old broom knows the corners of the
house but the new broom cleans the floor better. I'm sure you are looking
for a combination of both and that why I'm getting interviewed today. And
you are not only hiring employee from outside, you are hiring new ideas,
new talent, innovation.

10. Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes sir, location doesn't matter. I can give my best performance in
anywhere because I love my job and my responsibilities and I want to get
experience from any kind of environment. "Experience makes a man
perfect". And if needed so I am ready to even work on moon.
