AGREEMENT LETTER
This agreement is made between South Greasepoint construction Services under the law of United
States
ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period shall be for duration; the contract shall last for duration of 5 years and could be
renewed only if employee is satisfied with employees service. This shall be effect from the day
he/she commence duty.
ARTICLE 2: FEES FOR SERVICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
2.2 Employee probation period with the South Greasepoint construction Services will be six (six)
month from the day of commencement during which we can fully assess your suitability for this role
and you shall earn same salary during this period. And job description shall be made known to you
after the training period of 6 month.
2.3 Any cost encored during the visa processing period after submitting the receipt s as evident of
payment will be refunded;Reimbursement shall be made upon the arrival to company not later than
(5) five working days.
2.4 The working days are from Monday to Saturday, but that shall be on shifting basis with co worker.
In summary you are entitled to a day leave per week. The companys working hours are from 8am to
4pm or 4pm to 11pm or 11pm to 6am.you are entitled to one hour break every day. But there must be
shifting schedule. Employer for the intercontinental trip shall pay 2, 000.00 USD flat rates
travel/entertainment allowances to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. However
for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment
allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be rate charged at the period /time purchased
2.5 CONFIRMED EMPLOYEERS
Confirmed employee are those employees that have successfully acquired and forwarded his/her
necessary permit clearance paper to the employer management-duly certified by the United States
Immigration Service / United States Ministry of foreign Affair). Then they shall be entitled above
benefit

2.6 OTHER BENEFITS. Quality single or family housing in company community Personal effect

software.
Full time internet access is also made available.
Phone: the employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline one (1) mobile telephone. This
shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
Local transportation: shall be fully provided for employee and family by employer.
Adequate private office space in a conducive and comfortable work environment shall be provided for
each employee
MATERNITY AND CHILD CARE LEAVE
You will be entitling to the maternity leave as per United State law, such leave is to be taken on
doctors written orders. The maternity leave will be on fully paid basis as long as the employee has
served for at least one hundred and eighty (180) days before the date of first confinement. A female
employee on leave because of miscarriage or abortion shall be considered to be a normal sick leave
ARTICLE 3: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT/OTHER BENEFITS
3.1 Unless otherwise stated superseding document, the general manager South Greasepoint
construction Services shall maintain general administration and management of the project and all
progress report should be addressed El South Greasepoint construction Services.
ARTICLE 4: FORCE MAJEURE
4.1 notwithstanding anything herein stated, neither party should be considered in default in the
performance of its obligation under this agreement as a result of force majeure. The term force
majeure shall include but not limited to act of God, war, Nationwide strike, lockout, riot and civil
commotion. A strike or lockout embarked upon by the personnel shall not be deemed to be including
in this term.
4.2 If an interruption of work occurs as a result of force majeure for up to seven (7) days,70% of the
basic daily fees shall be paid standby. However, such suspension result in employee not being able to

perform its duties for more than seven (7) days, South Greasepoint construction Services at it option
elect to continue the implementation of this agreement at adjust standby rate to be negotiated or to
terminate the contract
ARTICLE 5:TERMINATION5.
This agreement may be terminated: (I) if the service stated therein is not rendered satisfactorily. (ii) If
the duration of the agreement stated therein expires and no extension has been given (iii) under force
majeure as state therein
ARTICLE 6: DEFAULT OF EMPLOYEE
6.1 in the event default by employee or non-compliance by employee with the terms and condition of
this agreement, South Greasepoint construction Services give notice to employee specifying areas of
default and employee shall have ten (10) calendar days to rectify South Greasepoint construction
Services satisfaction, the said default (s) if the employee does not rectify South Greasepoint
construction Services satisfaction, the said default(s)within ten(10)days receipt of notice , South
Greasepoint construction Services may proceed with termination of this agreement subject only
settlement of all payment due and outstanding at the time of termination .
ARTICLE 7: ADRESS FOR NOTICE
All notice and other communication required to be given hereunder by one party to the other shall be
written and shall be sufficiently given if sent by post, faxed or delivered by hand to the address
hereunder. Noticed shall be deemed to have been properly given if delivered by hand by registered
post, fourteen (14)days after dispatch or postage .
ARTICLE 8: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement embodies the entire understanding of the parties hereto and prior representation or
arrangement is here by superseded.
ARTICLE 9: VISA, WORK /RESIDENT PERMIT
Employee shall in no circumstances ask the immigration service to deduct the paper work fee for visa,
work/resident permit paper from their first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary
benefit will be issued to employee only when they must have procure there visa, work/resident
permit paper from the immigration; we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition for
employee traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team if you agree with our terms
of agreement , sign and send back to us immediately for proper documentation .

ARTICLE 10: ARTESTATION: Please confirm your acceptance of the above terms and condition by
signing on the lower right hand side and returning to us the duplicate copy of this letter within three
(3) days from the date of this letter
