former employee at a Hospice company (Haven Health) I developed skills suited to
perform effectively under high levels of stress and restricted time schedules. Working in
that environment I would often have to take initiative and problem solve on my own. Im

leadership skills that encourage a passion for motivating self-improvement among staff.

How is Gentrification in East Austin Depicted According to Airbnb?
Seeks to answer questions about why and how people behave in the way that they do. It provides indepth information about human behavior. Final paper produced in my undergraduate level Qualitative
Research Methods course. This paper is a literature review, rooted in sociological theory and past
research on Gentrification patterns in East Austin. Findings highlight the effects Airbnb (images) have
on gentrification.
Gentrification
Explaining phenomena by collecting numerical data that are analyzed using mathematically based
methods (in particular statistics) I predicted and compared race, education, and income to locations that
are being gentrify, using the General Social Survey data set from 2012.
