Above Quote Includes:

Piping, ducting, grills, installation, testing and commissioning
Warranty: 1 year on unit, 5 years on compressor
Excluded Works:
Supply of all necessary electrical power and disconnecting
switches, isolators, starters, cable trays, conduits etc., power
wiring up to the AC machines, and control wiring between units
and corresponding thermostats as required by our Engineers
All kind of civil and decoration works
Concrete bases for A.C units
Protection of our works at site
Wooden frames for grilles/diffusers
Condensate drain pipe
Any maintenance work after handing over of the project
You shall provide a storage space lockable and a site office space
for the execution at site with adequate security

Provision of 3 phase 380-415 V 50 Hz / 1 Phase 220-240V 50Hz

power supply free of charge for installation and commissioning
purposes
Any kind of sleeves for laying the refrigerant piping and Electrical
Cabling etc
Necessary opening in walls and roof and insulation and water
proofing of the same
Any other item of work not specifically included in our 'List of
Materials and specifications'
AC units

Terms Of Payment:
(70%) Down payment of the total contractual amount upon the Signing of the
contract
(15%) Payment of the total contractual amount upon delivery Of the A/C materials
at site
(10%) installation Payment of the total contractual amount after duct installation
(5%) Payment of the total contractual amount upon testing And commissioning of
the system. Payment shall be made in Seven (7) days prior to commissioning date
of the system
Guarantee Scheme:
The whole installation warranted against defective materials and workmanship for
a period of 12 months from the date of completion/commissioning or 16 months
from the date of delivery A/C units/materials to site, whichever occurs earlier
Further, additional 4 years guarantee on the original compressor/s only, over and
above the normal one year will be offered, provided that the daily operation and
periodic maintenance is carried out as per manufacturer recommendations
N.B: Above guarantee does not include consumable parts and normal routine
maintenance
Remarks:
The model A.C. units mentioned in our proposal is subject to change. We reserve
the right to supply and install at the time of delivery to site the available
equivalent model/s
This estimation is strictly based on drawings attached by you and WE ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VARIATION; we may need to modify some
dimensions according to the site requirements
