AFFIDAVIT
I, ERDELINDA B. ALISLA, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Aglipay St.,
Brgy. VI, Roxas City, Capiz, subscribing under oath, depose and state:
1. That, I, together with my husband, are pursuing a claim against Cherrie A. Buhat;
2. That, this claim of ours stemmed from a Deed of Conditional Sale of a Portion of
Parcel of Land (herein after referred to as Transaction) over the 7,000 square
meters portion of Lot 948-B, covered by TCT No. 16943, that I entered with
Cherrie A. Buhat;
3. That, because of the transaction, Cherrie A. Buhat, on several occasions,
obtained sum of money from me which constitute as payment for the purchase
price of the subject of the transaction;
4. That, believing in good faith that our transaction will push through, I gave her
money which now totals to Php 85,415,00;
5. That, unfortunately the transaction did not push through without any fault on my
part;
6. That, as such, I demanded from Cherrie A. Buhat the sum of money that she
obtained from me but up to present, she has failed to do so despite of her
promise;
7. That, my claims are all documented and acknowledged by her;
8. That, I execute this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
