3. Load distribution for the next semester is done at the end of current semester. HoD
assigns the responsibilities to the faculties for the activities to be conducted
throughout the semester.
4. The teaching plan is prepared by every subject teacher prior to the starting of the
semester which includes lecture number, topics planned, date, topics covered, date
etc.. This is approved and monitored periodically by the HoDs.
5. The subject teachers are ask to prepare/update course file which contains academic
Calendar, syllabus, teaching plan, subject notes, PPTs, question bank on each unit,
University question papers with model solution etc.
6. Weekly meeting of faculties is conducted by HoD to discuss the problems if any and
to take updates of the conduction of academics.
7. During semester various co curricular, extracurricular activities are conducted along
with regular curriculum .Following various activities are conducted,
Lecture (LT). Class rooms of department are equipped with LCD and OHP
Laboratory Session (LS). Department has necessary advanced software to
cope up with new technologies.
Demo (DM) & Case Studies (CS).
Seminars (SM) and Group Discussion (GD) conducted to provide platform to
student to show their talent and increase confidence level of the students.
Industrial visits are organized to provide much needed industrial exposure
