The Shannon International Aviation Services Centre (IASC) is Irelands epicentre for
the development of a World Class Centre of Excellence for the aerospace and aviation

Part M Aviation Ireland Ltd. [Part M] is an aircraft maintenance management company

providing services to leasing companies, airlines and private owners. We support
the continuing airworthiness of leasing companies EU-registered aircraft, which
are in transition, by providing an independent technical services unit to manage the
maintenance of off-lease aircraft. Part M is a dynamic Irish company based in Irelands
aviation maintenance hub at Shannon. Based in Irelands aviation maintenance hub
at Shannon our primary function is as a Continuing Airworthiness Management
Organisation (CAMO) we are the first independent Irish CAMO granted approval.
In any year, up to 10% of a lessors fleet may redeliver off lease, triggering an endof-lease maintenance event. The airworthiness of the aircraft must be managed
throughout this transition until the aircraft is either parked and stored, or delivered to
the next operator. Throughout the entire transition phase Part M supports the aircraft
lessor.
We also provide expert on-site technical representation to clients worldwide. Our
technical representation team provides effective and prompt solutions to specific
customer needs or issue resolution. We can support short-term and long-term
requirements, from ad hoc representation during a maintenance event to longer term,
on-going support. Our team deliver services worldwide from our base in Shannon, and
we have a full-time, local team based in Russia.
Part M branched into the supply of ancillary supporting services and established
a sister company PART 21 Design Ireland to supply aircraft design services for
commercial and corporate jet aircraft.

The concept of an independent continuing airworthiness
organisation is relatively new traditionally this work was
performed by the technical services unit of the airline with its
approval vested in the airlines overall Air Operators Certificate.
The introduction of European Aviation Legislation by EASA, which
mandated the management of the continuing airworthiness
of aircraft, created an opportunity for an independent CAMO
organisation for aircraft no longer on lease. Part M is a dynamic
Irish company designed to meet these needs.

aviation industry based on the quality of our service delivery and
the technical solution-driven expertise of our staff.
Our services are delivered by our senior team of experienced

licensed aircraft engineers, maintenance planners and project
leaders, who are supported by a pool of technical consultants.
Our team deliver services worldwide from our base in Shannon,
and we have a full-time, local team based in Russia. We pride
ourselves on our responsiveness and flexibility.

Lufthansa Technik Shannon Ltd. (LTSL) is a Lufthansa Technik Group Company which holds
both European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Part 145 approval. It specialises in the provision of airframe heavy maintenance services
to the worlds airlines.
Opening its doors in September 1992, in Shannon Airport, Co. Clare, the company provides
high quality airframe maintenance on Boeing 737, 737 NG, 757, 767 and Airbus 320 family
aircraft and has an EASA Part 147 Training School on site.
The training school has been in operation since 1990 and was one of the worlds first to
receive EASA Part 147 certification, an internationally recognised standard, and has since
continued to expand its portfolio. The school has full access to the EASA Part 145 facility
and now provides top class aviation maintenance technical training and on-job-training
to the highest standards, for both LTSL and our customers.
