From 2015.2.5 to 2015.8.

5, I finished my first internship in The


Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou, China. This is a global 5 stars luxury hotel
chain and it was set up in 2008, located at Zhujiang new town, near the
Pearl River, close to the Guangdong museum and Guangzhou opera
house.

In my internship, I worked in the Food and Beverage department for 6


months. The restaurant where I worked is an Italian fine dining restaurant
that called Limoni and it is the best western restaurant in Guangzhou. In
our restaurant, there is open kitchen and having a huge wine cellar,
besides our head chef comes from Italian and he always provides the
fantastic Italian foods. When I am in the service time, I should take orders
for the guests, recommend the wines for them, serving the wine,
sometimes helping the food runner to serve the dishes and cleaning
tables. During this internship, I like that I can meet lots of different kind
of people and communicate with them. And in these time, I met some
famous stars in our hotel, such as Li Yifeng, Yao Ming and Real Madrid
players. However, I dont like that I felt very tired everyday, because I
have many OT in this 6 months.

I worked in a fine dining restaurant, so during the service, I used plenty of


skills and knowledge when I learned in school. Although our restaurant

tend to Italian style, our manager require us using French standard. For
example, after the guest finfish taking order, we should recommend wine
for them, so at that time, we have to have wine knowledge, like grape
variety, vinification on and producing area. This is my first time enter the
real society and the real hospitality industry. After this lost pried, I found
that there were lots of things I have to learn and I have to know how to
communicate with colleagues in society way. And the most important
thing which The Ritz-Carlton teaches me is that We are ladies and
Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen.

I did this internship in my countyChina. China is located in East Asia.


China is one of the world's four great ancient civilizations and has a long
history. In China, most of people speak mandarin, but in Guangzhou
where I did my internship, most of people speak Cantonese, because it is
near HK. Besides, Chinese cuisine also has a long history, there are 8
different styles of cooking which depend on different areas, climates,
local special resource and dietary habit. The city where I did my
internship that is the famous food, food culture is very long. So there
are many delicious foods, such as..(I will think about it). Also, this is
a very beautiful city.

et il a t install en 2008, situ Zhujiang New Town, prs de la rivire
des Perles, proximit du muse du Guangdong et Guangzhou opra.
Dans mon stage, je travaillais dans les aliments et boissons dpartement
pour six mois. Le restaurant o je travaillais est un restaurant de fine
cuisine italienne qui a appel Limoni et il est le meilleur restaurant
occidental Guangzhou. Dans mon restaurant. Il y a une cuisine ouverte
et ayant une norme cave vin, outre notre chef vient de l'italien et il
fournit toujours les aliments italiens fanatiques. Quand je suis dans le
temps de service, je dois prendre les commandes pour les clients,
recommander les vins pour eux, de servir le vin, aidant parfois le coureur
de la nourriture pour servir les plats et des tables de nettoyage. Durant ce
stage, j'aimerais une chose que je peux rencontrer beaucoup de diffrents
types de personnes et je peux communiquer avec eux. Et dans ces tepms,
je rencontrai des stars clbres dans notre htel comme Li Yi Feng, Yao
Ming et joueurs du Real Madrid. Cependant, Je ne veux pas que je me
sentais trs fatigu tous les jours, parce que je dois beaucoup d'heures
supplmentaires dans ces 6 mois. Je travaillais dans un restaurant
gastronomique, donc pendant le service, je l'habitude beauaucoup de
comptences et de connaissances quand je appris l'cole. Bien que notre
restaurant ont tendance style italien, notre manager nous obliger
utiliser norme franaise. Par exemples, aprs l'invit prise de poissons
ordre, nous devrions recommander vin pour eux, ce moment, nous
devons nous prpare connaissance du vin, comme cpage, vinification et
sur zone de production. C'est ma premire fois entrer dans la socit
relle le secteur de l'hospitalit.
