"ALI: MIRZA:
"Ali: Mirza: alleges that Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n did commit some
errors, and his martyrdom [Shaha:dah] became a Kaffarah
[Redemption] for his errors and mistakes.
His this heretic idea has been refuted and it is presented as a proof
that this Engineer is a Heretic and Apostate.
Yet there is a question some time raised be his followers who are
actually "Ali: Mirzais, that a number of S:h:abad did disput from
Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:m RD: .
This is there position.
An Answer To This Objection
In general if Any one disputed from Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n RD:
whether he may be a S:ah:a:bi , the person who is on right in the
Dispute is Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n RD: and not any one else, and
righteousness and accuracy is with Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n :=+
However there are some special cases when the correctness is with
the other:=
1] If Saiyioduna: "Uth:man RD: Disputeth with Saiyiduna: 'Abu Bakr
RD: or Saiyiduna Umar RD: or both.
2] The S:h:a:bi: who disputeth with Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n presented
a H:adi:th: from the Holy Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him].
3] Saiyiduna:

"Uth:ma:n RD: Himself Accepted his mistake.

There is no other case .

Those who disputed from Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n RD: if they are
S:h:abi: are in Error of 'Itihad, if not S:ha:bi then they are a M-k-r
Error.
Those who are the killers of "Uthma:n are like the Killers of H:usain
RD: raither even worse than them. There Error is neither of 'Ijtiha:d
not a M-nk-r Error but a Heresy and Apostasy or both.

The Problem Of Interpretation

There are two types of Maja:z or Ta'vi:l.
1] Correct
2] Incorrect.
The incorrect one is further divided in several types.
2.1] Error Of 'Itiha:d
2.2] Error Of M-nk-ar
2.3] Error Of Heresy Minor
2.4] Error Of Heresy Major
2.5] Error of Kufr.
According to Engineer "Ali Mirza: Of Jhelum , the Killers of "Uth:ma:n
Commited the error of Error of 'Ijtiha:d which is 2.1 as according to
our the given above numbering system.
But this is wrong and incorrect raither a Heresy.
Actually the Interpretations made by the KILLERS OF "UTH:MA:N is
either Error of Heresy Major or Error of Kufr., which are represented
by 2.4 and 2.5 respectively.
Rejection of Introduction of Western Democracy In 'Isla:mic System
Of 'Ijtiha:d
In 'Isla:m there is no Western Democracy in the issue of Desputes of
'Ijtiha:d. So if a Number of S:ah:a:bah disputed from him during his
Holy and Noble Caliphate [Khila:fah] the righteousness is with
Saiyiduna: "Uthma:n; even if he is alone.
A powerful refutation of the application of western Democracy in
'Isla:mic issues is that those S:h:a:bah who opposed Saiyiduna: "Ali:
RD: were greater then number then those S:h:abah who opposed
Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n RD: Yet there number is insignificant. Also they
opposed more strongly which resulted in Wars.
THE PROOF THAT ENGINEER "ALI: MIRZA: IS A HERETIC.
If any one who saith that in the Disputes In the Time of Saiyiduna:
Ali:'s Caliphate the Truth and Righteousness was with those
S:ah:a:bah who opposed Saiyiduna: "Ali: , Engineer "Ali: Mirza is

sure to declare such a person as Nas:ibi even if such a person does

not follow the sect of Nas:ibtes.
Since according to the self proclaimed definations of Engineer
"Ali: Mirza: one who holdeth this belief is a Nas:bite.
Similarly if some one holdeth the same belief about Saiyiduna:
"Uth:ma:n then such a person MUST BE a Rafid:ite. The belief is
written below:=
If any one who saith that in the Disputes In the Time of Saiyiduna:
"Uth:ma:n's Caliphate the Truth and Righteousness was with those
S:ah:a:bah who opposed Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n .

Engineer "Ali: Mirza is sure NOT to declare such a person as

Rafid:ite. Raither Engineer "Ali: Mirza does HOLD this belief.
Is this not a Proof that this Engineer is a Rafid:ite and an
Extremist , raither A RAFID:ITE EXTREMIST.

We say that H:usainiah and "Uthma:niah are identical ["Ain] and
Yazi:diah and the Insurrection Against Saiyiduna: "Uthma:n are
Identical [ One and the Same].
