Terrorists know no borders or and have no scruples about who they target, and it is not just
a political issue who they target to get recognition in the hierarchy of terror, obviously they
target the poorly protected targets to cause as much havoc and deaths as possible.
Amongst the preferred targets are schools, universities, churches, banks, oil installations,
nightclubs, airports, aviation, and public transport such as bus and train stations. Their
methodology is the same at any given target.
Typical examples can be found all over the globe in many countries such as the attacks in
Bali, India, Spain, Britain, USA, France, Nigeria, and Kenya. Most of the attacks could have
been prevented by preventive intelligence and better operational behavior by the security
forces. In most cases the roots of the problems can be blamed on police, poor training, and
intelligence complacency. The terrorists have the initiative in most cases unless we can
prevent the initiative from taking place.
The problems facing Europe today are very dynamic in their understanding of the real
dangers that are present and are looming amongst the influx of refugees from the Middle
East, Far East and the North African Countries as a whole. Global Jihad is on the loose and
for the present is being backed also by certain regimes who have an interest in exploiting
the possibilities of total control in Europe and the world as a whole. We witnessed this only
in the 20th century with the rise of Nazi Germany and their goals for world domination.

Some would say that Islamic fundamentalism by terror and mass murder
would go back to the tyrannical days of Adolf Hitler and Stalin.
However there is a similarity in the ideology but the operational
behavior is entirely different! Basically we are looking at the
establishment of radical terror cells linked with El Qaeda, Hamas,
Hezbollah, ISIS in Europe where they are getting assistance from
many so called refugees fleeing from tyranny and terror in Syria, Iraq,
Afghanistan, North Africa, East Africa, Yemen, and Pakistan also
cannot be ruled as well. Their ideology has one goal and that is to
control and enslave Europe under Islamic law. Since the downfall of
the rgimes of Saddam Hussein and Colonel Gadhafi, a vacuum has
been created that has been filled by terrorism, mass murder and
imposed rule of radical Sharia law whose goal is to dominate the
world populations including the above mentioned and the USA. The
turmoil in Syria and Yemen are a prime example of what is intended
for Europe and the rest of the world as a whole.
Not all of the fleeing refugees are terrorists but innocent oppressed people trying to escape
another holocaust in the making by ISIS (Islamic State Terror)
Europe has always been a staging point for the mass influx of refugees especially after
World War 2 especially after the collapse of colonialism of the great empires of Britain,
France, Spain and Portugal as prime examples.
Its a known intelligence fact of the intentions of ISIS and the other radical terror groups of
how to terrorize the populations of Europe. By causing disruption in their countries of origin
and the recruitment of local Muslim converts in all of Europe what the final results will be.

Phase B: Practical Drills

Phase C: Examinations
This phase will consist of a refresher of Phases A & B, more live drills, examination and assisting departments in
founding the Field Operatives Evaluator unit.

Terminal Objective

unit based on the Israeli model.
