Job Description / Responsibility

We are also the market leader in Bangladesh and are looking for a highly energetic professional to work for the position
of Corporate HR Manager. The job will be based at Dhaka.

Purpose of this job is to administer Compensation & Benefits for all categories of employees following Coats policies
and procedures with due compliance of tax and fund management. Support talent management processes to help retain
the best talents, follow-up HR compliance and risk management in line with local law and oversee general
administration for Head Office.

The role will be primarily accountable for the followings:

. Oversee Compensation & Benefits:

Administer annual / bi-annual salary revision for all management and Contractual employees.

Coordinate / follow-up with ADP on payroll administration to ensure on time payroll disbursement.

Review employee income tax and ensure proper timely submission of 108 statement.

Coordinate with finance for GL reconciliation related to payroll, employee income tax, provident fund and WPPF.

Review data template with Mercer on annual salary survey.

Review follow-up SAP HRIS audit and provide feedback to group compensation.

Coordinate, follow-up payroll audit for Group Internal Audit (GIA) & external.

Coordinate, review and finalize HR budget during Company plan period.

2. Talent Management:

Help source and retain the best talents to keep the leadership pipeline filled at all time.

Coordinate, facilitate career management, succession planning process for all functions.

Ensure development plan for all employees.

3. HR Compliance, Legal & Risk Management:

Coordinate with Cluster Controller to review and implement Global HR Compliance in Coats Bangladesh.

Coordinate customer audit for HR compliance at all location, i.e. Decathlon audit.

Responsible to review and implement the risk questionnaire and update HR Director for further action.

Coordinate with Legal retainer and follow-up with the litigation and update the management accordingly.

4. HR Projects:

Responsible to coordinate and implement HR projects.

5. General Administration & Security:

Ensure cost effective and smooth admin service for the company.

Responsible to manage Admin Budget.

Ensure Admin process in place with effectiveness for all admin service.

Ensure compliance on Admin Purchase and process.

Ensure proper Security service across company by maintaining compliance.

Ensure admin report to be circulate to the ManCom i.e. working hours compliance report, fuel consumption report,
admin cost report and admin MIS report for decision making purpose.

Ensure Expatriate administration including work permit and ensure the regulatory requirement.
