Copy of the latest paid water bill.

I further undertake that in the event of any information proving to be false or if

any dispute regarding ownership of the said property and mutation of water connection
arises in future, then the said water connection will automatically stand transferred in the
name of original user / consumer. I shall be fully responsible for the same and Delhi Jal
Board will not be a party to the same or any judicial proceedings regarding any
ownership dispute.
You are requested to issue a mutation bill for making payment or intimate objections, in
any, with regard to the present application.
