PaaS instance information will not be displayed in the API, CLI or UI to maintain PaaS
and IaaS separation.

Monthly Uptime Percentage is calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of minutes during the month in which the Compute
service was in the state of Unavailable.
Definitions
Oracle will use commercially reasonable efforts to make Compute Cloud available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.95%
during any monthly billing cycle (the Service Commitment).
