We are glad to inform you that Carlisle has its Indian operations with a manufacturing /
warehousing facility in Chennai catering to OEMs such as Ashok Leyland, Caterpillar,
Mahindra, BEML, Komatsu, York, Hitachi, Volvo, EATON, etc.
In the On-highway division, branded as VELVETOUCH, we cover a good range of products
including clutch disc assemblies, clutch buttons, clutch cover assemblies, pressure plates,
clutch repair kits etc for the LCV and HCV segment for Ashok Leyland, Tata, Eicher, etc.
We also have a wide range Clutch assemblies and related components as cover
assemblies, repair kits etc for the passenger carrier (bus) segment for Tata and Ashok
Leyland vehicles. We are currently supplying to the OES division of Ashok Leyland for the
Clutch parts requirements.

We have attached herewith our LIST OF CLUTCH PARTS as an annexure to this letter for your
kind reference.
Carlisle is committed to environment health and operator safety by producing eco-friendly
Non-Asbestos based products only.
We would like to register our firm as an authorized vendor at ASRTU for supply of CLUTCHES
& PARTS.
