AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

with law hereby depose and state that:
1. I am the owner of the property covered by TCT No. _________________
situated in Belisario Village, R. Castillo St., Davao City;
2. adjacent to my property is the ongoing construction of a proposed
three-storey residential building owned by the Congregation of
Sacred Word;
3. I interpose no objection and hereby grant my consent for the
firewall of the aforementioned building to be constructed using
grilles and glass as materials instead of concrete;
4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
