Names John Gibson as Chief Executive Officer

John Gibson has been named chief executive officer of AlphaStaff Group, Inc., (“Al
phaStaff”), one of the nation’s largest professional employer organizations (PEO).
Fort Lauderdale, FL, June 08, 2010 -- John Gibson has been named chief executive
officer of AlphaStaff Group, Inc., (“AlphaStaff”), one of the nation’s largest profes
sional employer organizations (PEO). He will also serve as a member of the Board
of Directors. The announcement was made today by James Madden, chairman of the
board.
Previously, Gibson was president of Convergys Corporation’s HR Management Division
, a provider of HR outsourcing for global companies, where he was responsible fo
r leading the strategy for the HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business gl
obally in both the private and public sectors. Under his leadership, the company
was named the Top Human Resources Outsourcing Performer of 2009 by Global Servi
ces Magazine and cited as a top five BPO service provider. Gibson has been named
an HRO Superstar by HRO Magazine every year since 2006.

Gibson holds a double major in economics and political science from Indiana Univ

Program at the Kellogg School of Management, and the INSEAD’s Global Executive Pro
gramme in France.
