Achieved a successful first-class honours Bachelor's Degree
in International Management (BSc. Hons, 2016) at Solent University.
A further goal in mind - the Master's Degree and first-hand experience
in the Human Resource Management sector.
My unshaken determination has brought me a wide arrange of valuable

Skills and achievements
Teamwork:

Able to successfully communicate and contribute ideas across to my team,


appreciate and motivate my surrounding team members and form a strong
co-operative bond.
Went through a rewarding Assessment Centre regarding a Banking Internship
which allowed me to supervise a small group of staff members in a one-day
consultancy project; this experience taught me the value of interpersonal
skills as well as considerate people management.

Flexibility:

Easily adjusted to sudden changes in the environment including unusual tasks


/ improvised customer behaviour and reacting accordingly, all in favour of the
company. Remarkable results in the Roleplay Scenario of the absolved
Assessment Centre.
I quickly catch up on new technology and teach myself in order to minimise
inconveniences and risks.

IT Literacy:

Proficient skills in using Excel; be it diagrams, analyses or calculations used


on calculating and presenting valuable information regarding a companys
marketing-cost-efficiency-strategy.
Capable user of PowerPoint, Word, Office, Outlook, Web Design / Dream
Weaver applications.

Successfully developed multiple databases with Microsoft Access, allowing the


company to automate processes and easier stay in touch with its key
stakeholders.
Competent user of MS Project; used to plan and organize a charity event.
Proficient user of SAP; Accounting and Logistics - used in final examination
project with top marks.

Communication:

Confidently presenting and communicating information to my surrounding and


individuals, including practical as well as theoretical knowledge. These skills
have been developed over the course of my previous place of study and
internships.
Working under pressure does not affect me. Actively giving and taking
instructions while filtering/prioritising important tasks/information, i.e. in-tray
exercises and organizational task in a specified time limit while contacting and
preparing further steps for key stakeholders during my Assessment Centre.
Love for languages, Multilingualism. Top marks in French, English, Spanish
and German. Be it oral or written. Additionally, I speak Serbian, Croatian,
Bosnian, Macedonian, Slovenian and Montenegrin also including the Cyrillic
writing as well as reading; acquired these skills from my family and friends,
further developed them from traveling and exchange projects.
