MARTIFER SOLAR INSTALLS ONE OF THE

LARGEST ROOFTOP PLANTS IN SPAIN
SPECIFICATIONS
Martifer Solar powered up one of the largest rooftop PV plants in Spain with an
installation of 5.3 MW. The plant was installed on the rooftop space of an industrial
complex in Borox, Toledo. Martifer Solar was responsible for the engineering,
procurement and construction (EPC) of this rooftop PV plant and will be in charge
of the subsequent operation and maintenance (O&M) services.
The Borox PV plant spans over 7.5 hectares and consists of more than 23,300
modules. The rooftop plant has a high level of technical complexity as it is
divided into four sections of the facility with two different points of connection
within the complex. The total installation is ready to supply on an annual basis
up to 1,700 homes with clean energy.
Martifer Solar has already installed more than 100 MW of rooftop photovoltaic
plants around the world, which attests to its proven track record and reliability
in this market segment.
