To all College Deans, Department/Program Chair, JPIA Advisers/Moderators and

Local Chapter Officers:

Greetings of Peace and Favor from God!
The National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA) is
one of the largest student organizations in the Philippines. With approximately 82,000
members from around 300 colleges and universities across the country, the NFJPIA
Executive Board envisions to harmonize all the regional councils and their members
schools with accredited Accountancy Degree Programs by the Commission on Higher
Education (CHED) to that greater NFJPIAn identity. We believe that in this cause, we are
to expand the operations of the only recognized organization of accountancy students
by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), bringing about
the fulfillment of academic excellence, leadership promotion, holistic development, and
unity and solidarity.
With this, it is with our utmost pleasure to invite your school to be part of our roster of
member local chapters. We believe that this will be a great decision since membership
to the Regional Council and to the National Federation will bring forth these several
advantages to your school:

The eligibility to use the name Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA)
exclusively.

The membership of the local chapter to the National Federation and Regional
Council;

The access of the local chapter to all of the financial records, activities, and decisions
of the National Federation and Regional Council.

The right of the local chapter to participate in all of the activities of the National
Federation and participate in the decisions of the Regional Council; and

The right to have an internal arrangement with regards to the individual aspiration
of the local chapter with their proceedings, logo, and constitution, provided that it
will be a recognized member of the National Federation and of the Regional Council.

It shall be noted that any member of the local chapter, but subsequently not a member
of the Regional Council and of the National Federation, is not considered a member of
the organization, as the local chapter member must pay the membership fee of the
Regional Council and the National Federation in order to be classified as a regular
member.

President for Membership thru email at vpmembership.nfjpia1617@gmail.com or thru

We believe that through your membership and participation, we can create a one
unified NFJPIA. Thank you for your utmost cooperation!
In a JPIAn spirit,

Ralph Marvin T. Cabigas
