AND MAINTAINING STATUS QUO
Having considered Plaintiffs motion to expedite proceedings and to
maintain status quo (the Motion), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED this ____ day of

The within proceedings shall be expedited according to a schedule to

be fashioned by the Court and parties at a scheduling conference to be held on

During the pendency of this action, each Defendant shall do those

things necessary in order to segregate and set aside in a separate fund the total of
$7,051,542.00 in local funds (the Delta Fund).

During the pendency of this action, Christina School District is

precluded, without the consent of Plaintiffs counsel, from making any payouts,
disbursements, or expenditures from the Delta Fund.
5.

The Order shall become effective immediately upon its entry.
