value in excess of five hundred dollars (S500.00), the personal property of Mark E . Knight,
he/she the said W O O D R E Z T R E M A Y N E DAVIS, knowing said property to have been so
stolen or having reasonable grounds to believe it had been stolen, in violation of Section 9717-70, Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated, as amended, and
he, the said, Woodrez T. Davis, having been previously convicted of felonies, towit:
the crime of shoplifting in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds
County, Mississippi, on 09-03-1996, in Cause number 96-1-320 in said Court,
the crime of receiving stolen goods in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial
District of Hinds County, Mississippi, on 12-09-1999, in Cause number 99-0-34201 in said Court,
the crime of felon with a firearm in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of
Hinds County, Mississippi, on 12-09-1999, in Cause number 99-0-342-02 in said
Court,
the crime of receiving stolen goods in the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial
District of Hinds County, Mississippi, on 11-22-2010, in Cause number 10-5-01301 in said Court,
the crime of receiving stolen goods in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial
District of Hinds County, Mississippi, on 11-22-2010, in Cause number 10-0-670 in
said Court,
the crime of felon with a firearm in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of
Hinds County, Mississippi, on 11-22-2010, in Cause number 10-5-013-02 in said
Court,
the crime of vehicle burglary in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of
Hinds County, Mississippi, on 09-24-2001, in Cause number 01-0-083-01 in said

each of said felony convictions being upon charges separately brought and
arising out of separate incidents at different times, and upon each of said

of one year or more in a penal institution of the above-named state, this
