1. Permission from District Coordination Officer (Education of the

concerned City District Government.
2. Original Fard of Land registered in the name of Trust.
3. Bank Account opened in the name of Trust.
4. NOC (in case if a Public Sector University is available nearby).
5. List of dedicated teaching staff with the qualification and experience
appointed for each Program.
6. List of dedicated Lab Staff, with qualification and terms and conditions
of their appointment for each laboratory.
7. Names of members of the Governing Body of the Institute.
8. Rules for the efficiency and discipline of its staff and other employees.
9. List of Laboratories for each technology.
10.Teacher Student Ratio.
11.Detail of Facilities provided to students such as Medical, Transport,
indoor/outdoor sports/games Facilities.
12.Attendance Register relating to Administrative Staff/ Lab. Staff/ Teacher.
13.Detail of Curriculum.
14.Detail of Laboratories, workshops and equipments appropriate to the
course.
15.Building Structure plan duly approved.
16.Title of experiments.
