With the theme, “Financial Management Practitioners: Rising to the Challenge of Change,” the focus of this seminar/convention will be on how to meet expectations for more responsive government services and how financial managers will handle the attendant procedural, policy and structural reforms which these changes would require. In this connection, AGAP cordially invites you and your colleagues who are performing accounting, budgeting, auditing, cashiering and other allied financial functions to attend this seminar-convention-. If you are interested in attending this seminar-convention, the registration fee shall be P8,000 per participant consistent with the provisions of National Budget Circular No. 563. This will cover the cost of meals, training kit and other seminar paraphernalia.
