1. Purpose
- To inform all ASCs of information regarding how to check Capacitance impedance
to analyze 'No power' issue of S5.
2. Instruction
- No Power on Galaxy S5 may be caused by OCTA DCDC VPH_PWR Capacitance
shortage.
- Please check the Capacitance Impedance value so that engineers can find the root
cause for No power.
Note: The Impedance of Capacitance (Either C903 or C948) must NOT be shorted.

- Remove the shield can in the yellow box (located near LCD connector as shown below).

- Measure the Impedance value of each capacitance in the yellow box as shown below.
If either capacitance is shorted, replace it to the new one.
