This Quick-sheet will provide basic information needed to use the Taleo Dashboard. Many of the
tasks can be performed without signing into the application.
Taleo Dashboard
The Taleo Dashboard can be easily accessed from Microsoft Outlook, by using the Dashboard icon or the
Taleo menu option from the top toolbar in Outlook.
Dashboard Icon
Click the Dashboard icon, located on the
Outlook toolbar.
Taleo Menu
Select the Taleo menu option at the top of the
Outlook window and click the Dashboard
item.
Dashboard Links
There are three useful links located at the top of the Taleo Dashboard.

Providing Feedback
This section of the Dashboard allows you to provide feedback about an employee when requested.

Reviewing Tasks
Any task that may be assigned to you may be monitored through the Taleo Inbox. In order to complete a
task, you will need to log into Taleo Performance.
There may be more tasks on your list than are displayed. Click the More button to see the entire list.
Managing Goals
Goals from your Goal Plan will be listed on the Dashboard and can easily be updated through the Taleo
Dashboard.

Forwarding Feedback
The Taleo Dashboard allows you to quickly send or forward feedback to others.
1. If you want to forward an e-mail as
part of the feedback, first select
the email; if you do not, skip to
step 2.
2. Click the Create Feedback button
on the Outlook toolbar.

4. Select who the feedback is about;
yourself, a colleague, or direct
report
5. Click OK.

Subject.
7. Select the type of feedback.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Copy email message to
include the selected e-mail and/or
type feedback in the text box.
10. Click Send Feedback.
