Good afternoon,

If this e-mail reaches you, I'd like to thank you for reading it in hopes of me being able to introduce
myself and show my worth to you and your company. To start off, my major is International Business
with a great interest in marketing/social media. With that being said, this business jumped out of me
due to the areas of work you do business in and my related experience To propel my career in this field,
I found it best to start with this company and train under experienced professionals.
First and foremost, I'd like to state that the social media aspect of this position caught my eye
immediately. While it is not the primary aspect, I believe to truly capture the usefulness of social media,
you have to look at the younger generation to achieve maximum productivity in that field. When you
look at large companies or entertainment groups such as Netflix and most notably fast food chains such
as Chipotle or Taco Bell, their use of social media is what drives in profit and fame within their
respected industy. In relation, I have full faith in the notion that you can tell a lot about someone when
looking at their social media pages. Within your expected contributions tab, it lists ''resolving resident
concerns & issues''. To that, I respond with a positive note. My ability to adapt to different personalities
is my strong suit and the willingness to cooperate with someone is very high. I have demonstrated this
in my current position of Resident Assistant on campus. A main function of this job is to interact with
residents and help them in situations that come in the form of variety, ranging from menial tasks to very
serious (physical or emotional). When it comes to being web-savvy, I am moderately proficient in the
use of Microsoft Word and powerpoint as I used them time and time again for my previous work-study
position on campus, and I had put them to further use in my internship in which I utilize many of the
skills that most companies look for, especially in this area of marketing and research.
As a conclusion, I have to refer back to my youth as a positive note due to the ever-changing social
media market and being able to utilize my communication skills on those platforms. Within my resume, I
hope that you will be able to see my qualifications are of use and I hope to be able to meet with you in
person to pursue this career opportunity.
