The Course Participants:
This course is targeted at IT/IS specialists just getting into project management as well as those information
specialists (hardware and software) who have experience in project management. It is one of BMCs basic project
management classes in the Tier 2 curriculum. The course is organized as for five-day of instruction: the first three
days are Tools and Techniques of IT/IS Project Management, and the final two days are the People Side of Project
Management for information specialists. Each of these may be offered as separate courses, as well.
