FLORAL VILLAROSA POLICIES

RESERVATIONS
All reservation shall be coursed to Floral Villarosa Office covered with Booking Order. Last
minute Booking and reservations may be coursed directly to the Front Office of the Inn.
Request for additional rooms are subject to availability. Children below five (6) years old
sharing bed with parents are free of charge. If extra bed is required additional charges will
be applied.

BILLING ARRANGEMENT
Unless prior credit arrangements have made, all bookings may be prepaid or settled upon
check in. We will require a 50% deposit guaranteed reservations on the total number of
rooms reserved at least seven (30) days prior to guest arrival or before the option date
given by Floral VIllarosa. Kindly deposit payment through:

CANCELLATION CLAUSE
Any cancellation received within 45 Days prior to arrival will incvur a charge of 50% of the
booking value.
Any Cancellation received within 21 Days prior to arrival incur the full period charge.
Failure to arrive at the Hotel will be treated as NO-SHOW and no refund will be given.

IV

FORCE MAJEURE
Floral Villarosa shall not be liable for failure to comply with the agreement due to force
majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of the
management. Likewise, the Tour Operator / Travel Agency shall not be liable if the group is
unable to arrive due to flight cancellations or other valid causes beyond their control.
