Resumen. Es un modelo que se encarga de mantener un ambiente sano dentro de la organizacin a travs de
implementar o inventar actitudes cordiales frente a problemas que permitan un buen desarrollo grupal, en
consecuencia, a una adaptacin interna o externa. Para as generar una base slida de comunicacin dentro de la
comunidad empresarial, por ende, estas actitudes pueden adoptarse para la solucin de problemas futuros que
influirn directamente en la solucin de los mismos y as generar enseanzas ante los nuevos miembros de la
organizacin.
Abstract. It is a model that is responsible for maintaining a healthy environment within the organization through
implementing or invent cordial attitudes to problems that allow a good group development , consequently, to an
internal or external adaptation . To generate a solid foundation of communication within the business
community, therefore , these attitudes can be adopted for solving future problems that will directly influence the
solution thereof and generate teachings to new members of the organization .

The rules: Set of formal rules or norms that constitute habits and may be part of the Regulations
institutions.
Values : Key accepted by the organization as the quality of the product or service professionalism and
discipline
Philosophy: As orientation of company policy regarding its employees and customers.
The rules of the game: To progress in the company, guidelines or threads that a newcomer must learn
to be accepted as a member .
The internal climate: Ways interact and coexist members of the organization, given its physical
distribution and the way they relate to customers or other third parties .
