AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, ODESSA ALBESO, of legal age, married and a resident of Ipil,
Zamboanga Sibugay, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and state:
1. That I am a medical doctor particularly an OB-Gynecologist
employed by M. Simon Hospital at Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
2. That on August 10, 2015, I was the attending physician of Krystal G.
Santos when she was brought in the emergency because of extreme
vomiting and shortness of breath.
3. That to my best knowledge, it was one Rafael S. Arciaga who
brought the patient Krystal G. Garcia.
4. That when the laboratory tests I required to conduct came to my
possession, the laboratory tests results indicated that the patient
Krystal Garcia was pregnant.
5. That on the same day after the lab result, I asked Rafael Garcia if he
was the father of the child and he denied and told me that it was his
friend one Renante Besas is the boyfriend of Krystal Garcia and the
father of the conceived child.
6. That on the afternoon of August 10, 2015, when I did my rounds, I
personally met Renante Besas.
7. That after Krystal G. Garcia was discharged on August 11, 2015, I
ordered them to have a pre-natal every month to monitor the health
of the mother and the child.
8. That a month after, September 10, 2015, Krystal G. Garcia and
Rafael Besas came to my clinic for the pre-natal check up. When I
asked again who the father is, Renante Besas acknowledged the
child.
9. That never did I saw Rafael S. Arciaga accompanying Krystal G.
Garcia in her pre-natal check up.
10. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
