I explained clearly that the projected area of the wing is held constant in the optimization,
and not the wetted area (Page 98, suggested by Dr. Maughmer).
2. I changed the wording of the optimization so that it says Im minimizing the wing weight
penalty, and not wing weight (Pages iii, 25, suggested by Dr. Palacios).
3. I filtered out terms corresponding to in the FEM model (Page 46, suggested by Dr.
Rahn).
4. I explained that a safety factor is used for the 2g and 4g loading cases.
5. Added a task: using the AFDD weight equation in the optimization (Page 138-139,
