Safety information
Important! Danger!

Do not leave the appliance unattended when

it is in use.
This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with restricted physical,
physiological or intellectual abilities or deficiences in experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or receive from this person
instruction in how the appliance is to be used.
Children should be supervised in order to make
sure that they do not play with the device.
You may not open the housing of the appliance
or carry out any repairs. Should you do so, the
safety concept of the device may be compromised and the warranty becomes void. Arrange
for defects on the appliance to be repaired
only by the dealer or authorised specialists.
Arrange for defective power plugs and/or cables
to be replaced at once by qualified technicians
or our Customer Service Department.
Ensure that fluids cannot permeate into the housing
of the appliance. Do not expose the appliance
to humidity and do not use it outdoors. Additionally, DO NOT place fluid-filled receptacles
such as flower vases on the appliance. This
would increase the risk of fire and of receiving
an electric shock! Should liquids permeate into
the housing, unplug the appliance immediately
and arrange for it to be repaired by a qualified
technician.

When the appliance is in use ensure that there

are no easily inflammable materials close to it
(e.g. dishcloths, oven cloths, etc.).
NEVER dry out textiles or other objects on or
above the appliance.
This would increase the risk of fire!
NEVER touch the heating rods or the viewing
window when the appliance is in use, or before
it has cooled down completely. Do not reach in
to the cooking area when the appliance is in
use. Wait until the appliance has cooled down.
Otherwise, you could be burnt.
As the housing and the viewing window in the
glass door become very hot during use, you
must use an oven cloth or something similar to
open the oven flap. Otherwise, you could be
burnt.

After use, allow the appliance to cool down

completely before transporting it.
NEVER grasp the appliance, power cable or
power plug with wet hands. There is the risk
of receiving an electric shock.
To disconnect, always pull out the plug itself
out of the power socket, do not pull the power
cable.
Do not fold or crush the power cable.
Lay the power cable in such a way that no one
can tread on or trip over it.
Do not use extension cables.
If you do not intend to use the appliance for an
extended period, you must disconnect it from
the power source. The appliance is completely
free of electrical power only when you unplug
it.
Do not use an external timing switch or a separate
remote control system to operate the appliance.

Setup

Clarification of the safety warnings

In the operating instructions there are the following
categories of safety warning:

Place the appliance on a firm, level and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is sufficient ventilation
around the appliance.

Danger!
Risk of fire!

A warning with the word DANGER refers to possible

personal physical damage.

The distance between the appliance rear side and

the wall should be at least 10 cm, with at least a
clear 10 cm above the appliance and 5 cm to each
side. For this reason the appliance may not be used,
for example, in cupboards or similar. Should it be so
used, there is likely to be insufficient ventilation for
the appliance, increasing both the risk of fire or of it
being damaged.

Important!
A warning with the word CAUTION refers to possible
property or environmental damage.
These warnings contain specific indications for
the economic use of the appliance.

Risk of fire!

Intended use

Ensure the appliance is placed on a firm, level and

heat-resistant surface. Failure to do so increases the
risk of fire or of it being damaged. The area under
the base of the appliance could become discoloured and damaged. Additionally, if placed on a soft
upper surface, the appliance could cause permanent damage to it due to pressure indentations.

The Oven with Grill automat is intended for the heating,

cooking and grilling of food. It is intended exclusively
for these purposes and may only be used for them.
The user is also required to pay heed to all of the information in these operating instructions, especially
the safety instructions. All other uses are deemed to
be improper and may result in property damage
or even in personal injury. Komperna GmbH accepts no liability for damage caused by improper
use of the appliance.

Risk of electric shock!

Do not place the appliance immediately adjacent
to sources of water, e.g. sinks or basins, or in damp
cellar areas. Otherwise, there is a risk of receiving
an electric shock.

Do NOT support yourself on the glass door.

would cause damage to the hinges.

Description

The Oven with Grill automat is intended for the heating,

cooking and grilling of food. The air circulation system
provides for an equable and rapid distribution of
heat in the appliance.

Preparation for use

Before using the appliance for the first time, it

and all of the accessories must be cleaned free
of possible packaging residues. Clean the accessories with a handwarm and mild detergent
solution and then dry them ab.
Wipe the appliance housing with a cloth lightly
moistened with water and then dry it carefully.
When the appliance is completely dry inside
and out, insert the plug into a suitable power
socket (220 - 240 V~/50 Hz).
Now switch the appliance on, without the accessories and without foodstuffs. Leave the appliance door completely open.
Select the setting 230 C with the temperature
regulator 2. Place the function switch 3 to
upper and lower heat.
Place the time switch 5 at 15 minutes.
The appliance allows itself to be switched on
with the time switch 5. As soon as the time
switch 5 is set the control lamp 1 glows.
As the heating elements are lightly greased, a
slight smell may occur when first putting them
into operation. This is harmless and stops after
a short time. Open a window and provide for
sufficient ventilation.

Take the electrical Oven with Grill and all accessories from the packaging.

Risk of crush injuries!

When opening and closing the door, do not place
your fingers/hand between the door hinges. They
could be crushed.

When the appliance has switched itself off automatically, place the function switch 3 to OFF .
Remove the plug from the power socket and wait
until the appliance has cooled itself down.
Then clean the grill and baking area with a
cloth lightly moistened with water and then
dry it carefully.

If you wish to prepare food on the roasting grill

Place the function switch 3 and the time switch 5

at OFF. Unplug the power plug from the socket.

The most uniform baking results are obtained

when the baking tray 8 resp. the roasting grill 7
are placed on the central runner and the air
circulation is switched on.

Transporting

If you wish to transport the appliance, first allow

it to cool down.
Remove the plug from the power socket.
Wrap the power cable around the retaining
hooks on the rear of the appliance.

If you are cooking especially fatty foodstuffs,

an increased smoke development can occur.
In this case, do not close the glass door 6
completely, instead, allow it to be slightly open:
If you carefully push the door to, it comes into
this position shortly before closing.

Operation
Grilling and baking

Close the glass door 6 before starting the

grill or baking process.

Remove the roasting grill 7 and baking tray 8

from the appliance. If required, cover these
with baking paper resp. smear the baking tray
8 with butter or oil.
Allow the appliance to heat up for ca. 10 minutes
(dependant on the setting) to the required temperature:
- Select the required temperature with the temperature regulator 2.
For grilling, you must always select the highest
temperature setting (230 C).
- Then, select with the function switch 3 either
upper heat (e.g. for toppings), lower heat
(e.g. for cakes) or upper and lower heat (e.g.
for Pizza). If you want to grill, always select
the setting upper heat with the function switch 3.
- With the time switch 5 set the pre-heat time
(ca. 10 minutes).
- Close the glass door 6.
When the warm-up period is finished, place
the foodstuffs on the roasting grill 7 resp. the
baking tray 8 and slide it in on one of the runners. Ensure that there is sufficient space between
the foodstuffs and the inner walls/heating elements of the appliance.

Adjust the time switch 5 to the required grilling

or baking time.

The maximum grilling or baking time is 60 minutes.

If the cooking time for the foodstuff amounts to

less than 25 minutes, first of all place the time
switch 5 at 60 minutes and then turn it back
to the required grilling or baking time.

The control lamp 1 indicates that your Oven with

Grill is switched on. The switch of the time switch 5
now rotates itself anti-clockwise towards OFF.
When your Oven with Grill has reached the set
temperature, the heating elements switch themselves off at intervals, to ensure that the temperature is maintained.

Grilling and baking with circulating air

The appliance switches itself off automatically

on completion of the programmed time. If you
wish to switch the appliance off prematurely,
turn the time switch 5 back to OFF. Place the
function switch 3 at the position OFF and remove the plug from the power socket.

As a general rule, if you are baking or grilling with

air circulation vou can dispense with a pre-heating
of the cooking space. The cooking and browning
results are more even with the use of circulating air.
Take note of the instructions given in the recipes
when using air circulation.

You will hear a signal sound and the control lamp 1

extinguishes.

After the appliance has switched itself off, the

time switch 5 can continue to run for a short
period.

Press the rocker switch 4 for air circulation

until it engages in position "-".

The aerator in the grill and baking space starts to

rotate.
The methods of operation are then the same as for
grilling and baking without air circulation.

To remove the roasting grill 7 resp. baking tray

8, ALWAYS use the provided handle 9. To lift
the roasting grill 7 out, you must engage the
small hook of the handle 9 in the grill from above.
To lift the baking tray 8 out of the appliance,
the large hooks of the handle 9 must engage
with the front edge of the baking tray 8.

Tips for preparation and recipes

In this chapter we provide you with various examples
for the preparation of foods. These examples are recommendations. The preparation periods can vary.
Take note of the preparation details given on
the packaging of the foodstuff .

Muffins

Ingredients for four people:

1 Cup of flour
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of melted butter
1 Cup of milk
3 Tablespoons of sugar
Salt
for variations, additionally nuts, chopped
bananas or chocolate flakes

After grilling or baking, place the function

switch 3 in the position OFF. Remove the plug
from the power socket. Allow the appliance to
cool down before cleaning it or switching it
back on.

Biscuits

Preparation:
Mix together in a bowl, slowly and one after
the other, the flour, baking powder, egg, milk,
salt and sugar.
Melt the butter in a pan and mix it into the pastry.
Subject to taste, blend in the nuts, chocolate
flakes or chopped bananas.
Place the mixture into typical muffin moulds
and bake at 200 C with upper heat and air
circulation for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
125 g butter
125 g sugar
1 Packet of vanilla sugar
1 Pinch of salt
1 Egg
1 Egg white
250 g Plain flour
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
Scraped peel of half a lemon

Hawaii toast
Preparation:
Beat the butter until foamy.
Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and
the eggs.
Mix together the flour, baking powder and
salt, then blend them into the mixture with a
mixing spoon.
Allow the pastry to stand for ca. 10 minutes.
Bring the pastry into the desired shape, e.g.
with the assistance of a mincer, biscuit shaper
or a shaping bag with nozzle.
Place the biscuits onto the baking tray 8, this
being first covered with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits in a pre-heated oven at 180 C
for ca. 1015 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients for 4 toasts:

4 Slices of toast
12 Tablespoons of remoulade
120 g cooked ham
1/2 Tin of pineapples
4 Slices of cheese for melting
Curry
Preparation:
Toast the toast slices.
Spread the remoulade thinly over the toasts
and lay the slices of cooked ham on them.
Lay one slice of pineapple on each of the
garnished toasts. Spice with curry.
Then place a slice of cheese over each of the
pineapple slices.
Lay the Hawaiian toasts on the grill 7 and
then bake them for about 8 minutes on the
middle level of the grill and baking machine, at
approx. 180C with upper heat and air circulation.

The pastry volume is sufficient for several

baking trays 8.

Rolls
Ingredients:
300 g Flour (or wholemeal flour)
good 2 Teaspoons of baking powder
200 g Linseeds
1 Egg
500 g Curds
1 Teaspoon of salt

Baking deep-frozen pizza

Preparation:
Place the roasting grill 7 on the middle runner
in the cooking area.
Lay the deep-frozen pizza without packaging
onto the roasting grill 7.
Bake the pizza with upper and lower heating
and switched on air circulation for ca.20 minutes.
Take heed of the details given on the packaging.

Preparation:
Knead everything together well and then
shape it into small rolls.
Place the biscuits onto the baking tray 8 this
being first covered with baking paper.
Bake at approx. 180C for approx. 30 minutes.

Changing the bulb

Danger!

The pastry volume is sufficient for several

baking trays 8.

Always wait until until the appliance has cooled

down before changing the bulb. Otherwise, there is
a risk of being burnt!

Meringue
Ingredients:
1 Egg white
Salt
45 g Sugar

Replace the bulb only with a bulb of the same

type (see chapter "Technical data ").

Preparation:
Place the cooled egg white into a fat-free mixing
bowl. It may not contain any egg yolk, otherwise the meringue will not be firm.
Beat the egg white at a slow speed, so that the
bubbles formed in the meringue are not too large.
Add a pich of salt to taste.
Gradually add in a half of the sugar when the
meringue starts to firm up.
Then beat it at the highest speed until stiff.
Add the remaining sugar. With this the meringue
attains the required solidity.
Fill the meringue mixture into a squeezing bag
with large star nozzles and, with a little space
between them, shape rosettes, tongues and
other designs on the backing tray, this being
first covered with baking paper.
Pre-heat the Oven with Grill to ca. 100 C
with air circulation.
Bake the meringues with air circulation at ca.
100 C for about 2 hours.

Open the glass door 6.

Unscrew the glass cover of the light bulb
located at the right rear of the interior.
Unscrew the defective bulb and replace it with
the new bulb.
Screw the glass cover back on hand-tight.

Cleaning
Risk of electric shock!
Before you clean the Oven with Grill, you must
always remove the plug from the power socket.
There is a risk of receiving an electric shock!

Risk of electric shock!

When cleaning it, under no circumstances
may the appliance be submersed in water.
There is a risk of receiving an electric shock!

Troubleshooting

Important!
Do not use household detergents or sharp/pointed
objects to remove soiling. . They could damge the
special coatings on the inner walls of the Oven with
Grill.

Possible cause and

solution

Symptom

Should soiling occur, the Oven with Grill can

be cleaned with a soft cloth lightly moistened
with a mild soapy solution. For stubborn staining or baked-on soiling, place a cloth soaked
with a mild detergent on the contamination.
Wait until the contamination has softened and
then remove it!
Clean the baking tray 8 and the roasting grill 7
in a detergent solution. Allow stubborn soiling
to be softened. Rinse them off with clear water.

The appliance
does not heat
up.

Risk of electric shock!



The Oven with Grill must be completely dry before

using it again after cleaning. Therefore, after cleaning
leave the appliance door open.

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from

the date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of
purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please
make contact by telephone with our Service Department. Only in this way can a post-free despatch for
your goods be assured.
The warranty covers only claims for material and
maufacturing defects, but not for transport damage,
for wearing parts or for damage to fragile components, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for
private use only and is not intended for commercial
use. The warranty is void in the case of abusive and
improper handling, use of force and internal tampering not carried out by our authorized service
branch. Your statutory rights are not restricted in
any way by this warranty.
The warranty period will not be extended by repairs
made under warranty. This applies also to replaced
and repaired parts. Any damage and defects extant
on purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking the appliance, at the latest, two days after
the purchase date. Repairs made after the expiration of the warranty period are subject to payment.

Rastojanje izmeu stranje strane ureaja i zida
mora iznositi najmanje 10 cm, prema gore najmanje
10 cm, a prema stranama najmanje po 5 cm. Iz tog
razloga ureaj ne smije biti postavljen primjerice
u ormarima i sl. U protivnom nije mogue dovoljno
prozraivanje automata za grilanjei peenje i moe
doi do izbijanja poara ili do oteenja
ureaja.

kuhanje i grilanjenamirnica. Iskljuivo je namijenjen u
navedenu svrhu, te samo za istu smije biti koriten.
U to spada i uvaavanje svih informacija sadranih
u ovim uputama, posebno svih sigurnosnih napomena.
Svaki drugi nain uporabe smatra se protivnim namjeni ureaja, i moe proizrokovati materijalnu tetu,
pa ak i tetu po zdravlje osoba. Komperna ne
preuzima odgovornost za tetu nastalu uslijed
nenamjenske uporabe ureaja.

Automat za rotiljanje i peenje obavezno morate

postaviti na vrstoj i ravnoj podlozi otpornoj na visoke temperature. U protivnom postoji opasnost od

Prvo putanje u pogon

Prije prvog putanja u rad ureaj i sve dijelove

opreme morate oistiti od eventualno prisutnih
ostataka ambalae. Dijelove opreme oistite sa
mlakom i blagom sapunicom, te ih nakon toga
temeljito osuite.
Kuite ureaja prebriite sa blago navlaenom
krpom, te ga nakon toga temeljito osuite.
Kada je ureaj izvana i iznutra potpuno
osuen, utaknite mreni utika u odgovarajuu
mrenu utinicu (220-240 V, ~ 50 Hz) u zidu.
Ureaj sada ukljuite bez umetnute opreme
i bez namirnica za grilanjeili peenje.
Vrata ureaja ostavite potpuno otvorena.
Odaberite pomou regulatora temperaturu od
2 230 C. Postavite funkcijski prekida 3 na
gornji i donji izvor toplote.
Postavite rasklopni sat 5 na 15 minuta.
Ureaj se moe ukljuiti samo sa vremenskom
sklopkom 5 . Kada se ukljui vremenska sklopka
5, pali se kontrolna lampica 1.
Poto su grijai elementi blago namateni, prilikom prvog putanja ureaja u rad moe doi
do pojave mirisa. To je bezopasna pojava,
koja nakon kratkog vremena nestaje. Otvorite
prozor i pobrinite se za dostatnu ventilaciju.

Izvadite automat za peenje i grilanjei sve

dijelove opreme iz transportnog pakiranja.

Opasnost od nagnjeenja!
Prilikom otvaranja ili zatvaranja vrata ne hvatajte rukom u vratne arnire. U protivnom biste mogli nagnjeiti ruku.

Nakon to se ureaj automatski iskljuio, postavite

funkcijski prekida 3 na poloaj OFF (Isklj).
Izvucite mreni utika iz utinice i priekajte
da se ureaj ohladi.
Prostor za grilanjei peenje nakon toga oistite
pomou blago navlaene krpe i temeljito ga
osuite.

Iskljuivanje i transportiranje

Ako namirnice za rotiljanje, koje jako kaplju,

pripremate na reetci 7, onda gurnite lim za
peenje 8 u donji pretinac. Tako e npr.
kapajua masnoa biti lake prihvaena, a
ureaj kasnije jednostavnije moete oistiti.

Iskljuivanje

Postavite funkcijski prekida 3 i rasklopni sat 5

na poloaj OFF (Isklj). Mreni utika izvucite iz
utinice.

Ravnomjerne rezultate peenja ete postii

tako, da pladanj za grilanje 8 tj. reetku
za grilanje 7 gurnete na srednju ipku i da
podesite ventilacijski zrak.

Transport

Kada automat za grilanjei peenje elite

transportirati, prvo ga pustite da se ohladi.
Izvucite mreni kabel iz mrene utinice.
Mreni kabel omotajte oko odgovarajuih
kuka na stranjoj strani ureaja.

Rukovanje

Izvadite reetku 7 i lim za peenje 8 iz

ureaja. Na njih po potrebi postavite papir
za peenje, ili premaite lim za peenje 8 sa
maslacem ili uljem.
Ureaj pustite oko 10 minuta (ovisno o podeavanju temperature) da se zagrije na eljenu temperaturu:
- Odaberite eljenu temperaturu pomou regulatora temperature 2.
- U modusu za grilanjeuvijek morate odabrati
najvii temperaturni stupanj (230 C).
- Nakon toga odaberite pomou funkcijskog
prekidaa 3 izmeu gornjeg izvora topline
(npr. za zapei namirnice), donjeg izvora
topline (npr. za kolae) ili gornjeg i donjeg
izvora topline (npr. za pizzu). Ako elite griljati,
funkcijski prekida 3 uvijek okrenite na poloaj
za gornji izvor topline.
- Sa vremenskom sklopkom 5 podesite vrijeme
zagrijavanja (cca. 10 minuta).
- Zatvorite staklena vrata 6.
Ako je vrijeme isteklo, jelo koje elite griljati tj.
pei stavite na reetku grilja 7 tj. na pladanj za
pei 8 i gurnite ga na jednu od ipki. Pritom obratite panju na dovoljno rastojanje namirnica za
rotiljanje, odnosno peenje prema unutranjim
stjenkama i grijaim elementima ureaja.

Zatvorite staklena vrata 6, prije nego poetne

postupak griljanja tj. peenja.
Ako pripremate posebno masne namirnice,
moe doi do poveanog stvaranja dima.
U tom sluaju staklena vrata 6 nemojte skroz
zatvoriti, ve ih ostavite malo otvorena: Ako
vrata oprezno zaklopite, ona e neposredno
prije potpunog zatvaranja ostati stajati u tom
poloaju.

Pomou rasklopnog sata 5 podesite eljeno

vrijeme za griljanje, odnosno peenje.

Maksimalno vrijeme za griljanje, odnosno peenje

iznosi 60 minuta.

Kada vrijeme pripremanja Vaih namirnica za

griljanje, odnosno peenje iznosi manje od
25 minuta, podesite rasklopni sat 5 prvo na
60 minuta, a zatim ga vratite na eljeno trajanje griljanja odnosno peenja.

Kontrolna lampica 1 prikazuje, da je Va automat

za grilanjei peenje ukljuen. Prekida za rasklopnom
satu 5 sada e se u smjeru protivnom kazaljci na
satu kretati prema poziciji OFF (nula) zu.

Kada automat za grilanjei peenje postigne temperaturu, koju ste podesili, grijai elementi se
povremeno samostalno iskljuuju, kako bi
vrijednost podeene temperature bila odrana.

Ureaj se nakon isteka podeenog vremena

automatski iskljuuje. Ako ureaj elite iskljuiti
prije isteka toga vremenskog roka, okrenite
vremensku sklopku 5 natrag u poloaj OFF.
Postavite funkcijski prekida 3 u poziciju OFF
i izvucite mreni utika iz utinice.

Grilanjei peenje sa cirkulacijom

toplog zraka
Ukoliko vrite peenje ili grilanjesa cirkulacijom toplog
zraka, po pravilu ne morate vriti predgrijavanje
prostora za grilanjei peenje. Rezultat kuhanja i
stvaranja rumenila ravnomjerniji je, kada koristite
cirkulaciju zraka.
Obratite panju na recepte za pripremanje namirnica
uz uporabu cirkulacije toplog zraka.

Oglasiti e se zvuk zvona, a kontrolna lampica 1

e se ugasiti.
Nakon to se ureaj iskljuio, rasklopni sat 5
se moe jo neko vrijeme kretati.

Za izvlaenje reetke 7 odnosno lima za peenje 8 uvijek koristite priloeni rukohvat 9.

Da biste reetku 7 izvadili, morate sa malim
kukicama rukohvata 9 sa gornje strane zahvatiti
reetku. Da biste lim za peenje 8 izvadili iz
ureaja, velike kukice rukohvata 9 moraju zahvatiti rub lima za peenje 8.

tako da ulegne u poziciji -.

Ventilator u prostoru za grilanjei peenje je aktivan.

Ostalo rukovanje odgovara griljanju i peenju bez

Postavite nakon griljanja ili peenja funkcijski

prekida 3 u poloaj OFF (Isklj). Mreni utika
izvucite iz utinice. Ostavite ureaj da se ohladi,

U jednoj zdjeli pomijeajte brano, praak za
pecivo, jaje, mlijeko, sol i eer, polako jedan
sastojak za drugim.
Maslac rastopite u erpi i pomijeajte sa tijestom.
Po elji pomijeajte sa orasima/ljenacima,
okoladnim pahuljicama ili zgnjeenim bananama.
Gotovo tijesto umetnite u tipine forme za
kolaie, te pecite na temperaturi od 200C,

Sve dobro promijeajte i iz dobivenog tijesta
oblikujte male emike.

Na temperaturi od ca. 180 C pecite po prilici
30 minuta.

Opasnost!
Uvijek priekajte, da se ureaj ohladi, prije nego to
vrite zamjenu svijetleeg sredstva. U protivnom postoji
opasnost od opeklina!
Svijetlee sredstvo zamijenite iskljuivo svijetleim
sredstvom istoga tipa (vidi poglavlje
"Tehniki podaci").

Koliina tijesta dovoljna je za nekoliko limova 8.

Puslice (Baiser)

Sastojci:
1 bjelanjak
sol
45 g eera

Pripremanje:
Hlaeni bjelanjak umetnite u zdjelu za mijeanje,
koja nije zamatena. Ne smije biti umijean utanjak, jer u protivnom masa nee ovrsnuti.
Bjelanjak tucite na maloj brzini, kako se ne bi
stvorili preveliki mjehurii u snijegu od bjelanjka.
Dodajte sasvim malo soli.
Polovicu eera postupno dodajte, kada masa
pone ovravati.
Zatim na najveoj brzini tucite, dok masa sasvim
ne ovrsne.
Dodajte ostatak eera. Na taj nain e masa
za puslice dobiti potrebnu vrstou.
Masu za puslice umetnite u vreicu za brizganje
sa velikim ispustom u obliku zvijezde. Iz malog
rastojanja brizgajte rozete ili druge oblike puslica na lim za peenje, koji je prethodno obloen
papirom za peenje.
Automat za grilanjei peenje predgrijte na
ca. 100 uz cirkulaciju toplog zraka.
Puslice pecite na srednjoj ini i na temperaturi
od ca. 100 uz cirkulaciju toplog zraka u trajanju od ca. 2 sata.

Otvorite staklena vrata 6.

Okretanjem skinite stakleni pokrov svijetleeg
sredstva, koji se nalazi u stranjem desnom dijelu
unutranjeg prostora.
Okretanjem izvadite svijetlee sredstvo i umetnite

Postavite stakleni pokrov i rukom zategnite.

Atenie! Pericol!

Nu lsai niciodat aparatul nesupravegheat n

timpul funcionrii.
Acest aparat nu este destinat a fi utilizat de ctre
persoane (inclusiv copii) cu abiliti fizice, senzoriale sau mentale i experien i/sau cunotine limitate, cu excepia cazului n care sunt
supravegheate de ctre o persoan responsabil
cu sigurana lor sau au primit instruciuni de la
aceasta privind modul de utilizare a aparatului.
Copiii trebuie supravegheai, pentru a mpiedica
utilizarea aparatului ca jucrie.
Nu este permis deschiderea sau repararea
carcasei cuptorului. n aceste cazuri nu mai este
asigurat sigurana, iar garania devine nul.
Cuptorul trebuie reparat de ctre productror
sau de ctre un specialist autorizat.
Dac tecrul sau cablul de alimentare se defecteaz, solicitai imediat repararea de ctre
personal specializat sau de ctre serviciul
clieni, pentru a evita periclitrile.
Nu permitei infiltrarea lichidelor n carcasa
cuptorului. Nu expunei aparatul mediilor umede
i nu-l utilizai n aer liber. Este, de asemenea,
interzis aezarea vaselor cu lichide pe cuptor,
de exemplu, vaze. Pericol de incendiu i de
electrocutare! Dac, din ntmplare, n carcasa
aparatului se infiltreaz lichide, scoatei imediat
tecrul din priz i predai aparatul unui specialist n vederea reparrii.

se fi rcit. Nu introducei mna n interiorul cuptorului n timp ce funcioneaz. Ateptai pn
ce aparatul s-a rcit. Altfel v putei arde.
Deoarece carcasa i geamul din ua cuptorului
se nclzesc foarte tare n timpul funcionrii,
pentru deschiderea uii trebuie s utilizai o lavet de buctrie. Altfel v putei arde.

Dup utilizare, lsai aparatul s se rceasc

nainte de a-l transporta.
Nu punei minile ude pe aparat, pe cablul de
alimentare sau pe tecr. Pericol de electrocutare.
Pentru a scoate tecrul din priz, tragei de
tecr, nu de cablul de alimentare.
Nu frngei i nu strivii cablul de alimentare.
Aezai cablul astfel nct s nu se calce pe el
sau s devin o piedic.
Nu este permis utilizare prelungitoarelor.
Dac nu utilizai cuptorul o perioad mai ndelungat de timp, trebuie s-l deconectai de la
sursa de alimentare. Usctorul este complet
fr curent, doar dup scoaterea din priz a
tecrului.
Nu utilizai temporizatoare externe sau sisteme
de comand de la distan pentru operarea
aparatului.

Amplasarea

Explicarea indicaiilor de siguran

n cuprinsul instruciunilor de utilizare se gsesc
urmtoarele indicaii de siguran:

Pericol!
Indicaiile oferite prin cuvntul PERICOL v atrag
atenia asupra posibilelor rniri ale persoanelor.

Aezai aparatul pe o suprafa stabil, plan i

rezistent la cldur. Asigurai circulaia aerului
pe toate prile aparatului.

Pericol de incendiu!
Distana dintre partea din spate a aparatului i perete
trebuie s fie de minim 10 cm, deasupra de cel
puin 10 cm iar n lateral de 5 cm pe fiecare parte.
De aceea, aparatul nu trebuie montat de exemplu n
dulapuri etc. Altfel nu este posibil aerisirea suficient
a cuptorului, care ar putea provoca incendii sau s-ar
putea defecta.

Atenie!
Indicaiile oferite prin cuvntul ATENIE v atrag
atenia asupra posibilelor daune materiale sau de
mediu.
Aceste indicaii conin date speciale pentru
utilizarea economic a cuptorului.

Pericol de incendiu!

Utilizarea conform destinaiei

Cutorul de copt cu grill este destinat nclzirii, fierberii i
prjirii alimentelor. Este destinat exclusiv acestui scop
de utilizare i trebuie folosit numai n acest mod. Aici
este inclus i respectarea tuturor informaiilor din
aceste instruciuni de utilizare, n special a indicaiilor de siguran. Orice alt utilizare este privit ca
fiind neconform scopului i poate duce la pagube
materiale sau la rniri ale persoanelor. Firma Komperna nu poate fi fcut responsabil pentru pagubele rezultate n urma utilizrii neconforme scopului.

Aezai neaprat aparatul pe o suprafa stabil,

plan i rezistent la cldur. Altfel exist pericol de
incendiu, iar aparatul s-ar putea defecta. Zona de
sub aparat se poate pta sau poate fi deteriorat. n
plus, dac suprafaa este construit dintr-un material
moale, n aceasta se pot forma adncituri permanente.

Pericol de electrocutare!
Nu amplasai aparatul n imediata apropiere a apei,
de ex. lng chiuvete, czi sau n pivnie umede.
Altfel esist pericol de electrocutare.
Nu v sprijinii de ua de sticl. Nu aezai niciun
obiect pe ua de sticl. Acest lucru ar deteriora
balamalele.

Descrierea

Cutorul de copt cu grill este destinat nclzirii, fierberii i

prjirii alimentelor. Funcia de recirculare a aerului
asigur o repratizare uniform i rapid a cldurii
n interiorul aparatului.

Deoarece elementele de nclzire sunt puin

gresate, la prima punere n funciune se pot
degaja mirosuri. Acestea nu sunt duntoare i
vor disprea n scurt timp. Deschidei fereastra
i asigurai-v c ncperea este suficient de
aerisit.

Scoatei din ambalaj cuptorul de copt cu grill i

toate accesoriile.

Pericol de strivire!
Nu punei mna pe balamalele uii cnd deschidei sau
nchidei ua cuptorului. Altfel v putei strivi minile.

nainte de prima utilizare trebuie s curai

aparatul i toate accesoriile de resturile de ambalaj. Curai accesoriile cu un detergent
uor, potrivit de cald dup care tregei-le cu un
prosop.
tergei carcasa aparatului cu un prosop puin
umed dup care tregei-o bine.
Cnd aparatul este complet uscat n exterior i
n interior, introducei tecrul ntr-o priz corespunztoare (220 - 240 V~/50 Hz) montat n
perete.
Pornii acum aparatul fr accesorii i fr grill,
resp. produse. Lsai ua aparatului complet
deschis.
De la butonul de temperatur 2 reglai 230 C.
Reglai butonul cu funcii 3 pe cldur de jos
i de sus.
Reglai temporizatorul 5 pe 15 minute.
Aparatul poate fi acum pornit de la temporizator 5. Dup ce ai reglat temporizatorul 5
se aprinde becul de control 1.

Cnd aparatul se oprete automat, reglai butonul

Scoatei tecrul din priz i ateptai pn
cnd s-a rcit aparatul.
Curai apoi interiorul cuptorului cu un prosop
puin umed, iar apoi tergei-l.

Oprirea i trasportarea

Oprirea

Reglai butonul de funcii 3 i temporizatorul 5

pe OFF (oprit). Scoatei tecrul din priz.

Transportarea

Se obine un rezultat de coacere uniform,

dac introducei tava 8, resp grtarul 7 pe
ina din mijloc i dac pornii aerul recirculat.

Operarea

Scoatei grtarul 7 i tava 8 din aparat. Eventual punei hrtie de copt pe ele, resp. unge i
tava 8 cu unt sau ulei.
Ateptai cca 10 minute (n funcie de temperatura reglat) pn ce aparatul atinge temperatura dorit:
- reglai temperatura dorit de la butonul de
temperatur 2. n modul de funcionare cu
grill selectai totdeauna cea mai nalt treapt
de temperatur (230 C);
- apoi reglai de la butonul de funcii 3 cldur
de sus (de ex. pentru coacerea pe suprafa),
cldur de jos (de ex. pentru prjituri) sau
cldur de jos i de sus (de ex. pentru pizza).
Dac dorii s utilizai funcia de grill, rotii
totdeauna butonul de funcii 3 pe cldur
de sus;
- De la temporizator 5 reglai timul de pre-nclzire (cca 10 minute);
- nchidei ua de sticl 6;

Dup expirarea timpului, introducei n cuptor

produsul aezat pe grtar 7, resp. pe tav 8 i
mpingei grtarul / tava n interior. Asigurai-v
c exist spaiu suficient ntre produs i pereii
interiori, i elementele de nclzire.
Dac pe grtar 7 preparai alimente din care
se scurg lichide, aezai tava de copt 8 pe
ina de dedesubt. Astfel, lichidele care se scurg
n tav, iar aparatul va fi apoi mai uor de
curat.

Dac dorii s transportai cuporul, atepta i

pn se rcete.
Scoatei tecrul din priz.
nfurai cablul pe crligele de pe partea din
spate a aparatului.

Grillul i coacerea

nchidei ua 6 cuptorului nainte de pornire.

Dac preparai alimente cu mult grsime, se
poate forma foarte mult fum. n aceste cazuri nu
nchidei de tot ua 6, ci lsai-o puin crpat:
dac nchidei ncet ua, se va bloca n ntr-o
poziie apropiat de nchiderea complet.

De la temporizator 5 reglai timpul de coacere

dorit.

Timpul maxim este de 60 de minute.

Dac timpul de preparare a produsului este mai

mic de 25 de minute, reglai mai nti temporizatorul 5 pe 60 de minute i apoi pe timpul
dorit.

Becul de control 1 indic faptul c aparatul este

oprit. Butonul temporizatorului 5 se deplaseaz
acum n sens antiorar spre OFF (zero).
Dac cuptorul a atins temperatura reglat de
dvs., elementele de nclzire se opresc temporar
pentru a nu depi temperatura reglat.

Dup expirarea timpului reglat, aparatul se

oprete automat. Dac dorii s oprii aparatul
nainte de expirarea timpului, rotii temporizatorul
5 napoi pe OFF. Reglai butonul de funcii 3
din nou pe poziia OFF i scoatei tecrul din
priz.

Se aude un sunet de clopoei, iar becul de control 1

se stinge.
Dup ce aparatul s-a oprit, temporizatorul 5
s-ar putea s se mai mite scurt timp.

Pentru scoatere grtarului 7, resp. tvii 8 din

cuptor utilizai mnerul livrat 9. Pentru a putea
ridica grtarul 7 trebuie s prindei pe sus crligele mici ale mnerului 9 de grtar. Pentru
ridicarea tvii 8 trebuie s prindei crligele
mari ale mnerului 9 de marginea din fa a
tvii 8.

Grill i coacere cu aer recirculat

Dac dorii s facei grill sau s coacei, de regul,
putei omite pre-nclzirea cuptorului. Rezultatul preparrii i rumenirea sunt uniforme.
La utilizarea aerului recirculat respectai indicaiile
de preparare din re et.

Apsai ntreruptorul 4 pentru aer recirculat

pn se blocheaz n poziia -.

Ventilatorul din interior funcioneaz.

n rest, operarea este aceeai ca i n cazul funcionrii fr aer recirculat.

Sfaturi de preparare i reete

n acest capitol v sunt oferite cteva exemple pentru
prepararea mncrurilor. Aceste exemple sunt recomandri. Timpul de preparare poate varia.
Respecai indicaiile de preparare de pe
ambalajul respectivului produs.

Brioe

Dup grill sau coacere rotii butonul de funcii 3

n poziia OFF (oprit). Scoatei tecrul din priz.
nainte de a-l cura sau de a-l reutiliza, ateptai
pn cuptorul s-a rcit.

Ingrediente pentru 4 porii:

1 linguri de praf de copt

pentru sortimente diferite se pot aduga nuci,
banane mrunite sau fulgi de ciocolat

amestecai ncet fina, praful de copt, oul,
laptele, sarea i zahrul ntr-un castron;
topii untul ntr-o oal i amestecai-l cu aluatul;
dup gust, adgai nuc, fulgi de ciocolat sau
banane mrunite;
dai aluatului form de brio i coacei-l la
200 C cu cldur de sus i aer recirculat cca
15 minute.

Tost Hawaii
Ingrediente pentru 4 porii:
4 felii de pine
12 linguri de sos remoulade
120 g unc fiart
1/2 cutie de ananas
4 felii de cacaval pentru acoperire
curry
Prepararea:
prjii feliile de pine;
apoi ungei-le cu sos remoulade
i adugai unca;
aezai cte o felie de ananas pe fiecare felie
de pine. Presrai curry;
apoi aezai cte o felie de cacaval pe ananas;
aezai tostul pe grtar 7 i coacei-l cca 8 minute pe ina din mijloc la aproximativ 180 C,
cldur de sus i aer recirculat .

Coacerea pizzei congelate

Prepararea:
introducei grtarul 7 pe ina de mijloc;
aezai pizza fr ambalaj pe grtar 7;
coacei pia cu cldur de sus i de jos i cu
aer recirculat cca 20 de minute;
respectai indicaiile de pe ambalaj.

Ingrediente:
125 g unt
125 g zahr
1 vanilie
1 vrf de sare
1 ou
1 albu
250 g fin (tip 405)
1 linguri de praf de copt
coaja ras de pe jumtate de lmie
Prepararea:
batei untul pn devine spumos;
adugai zahrul, vanilia, coaja de lmie i
oule;
amestecai fina, praful de copt i sarea i
amestecai-le cu aluatul;
lsai aluatul s stea cca 10 minute;
dai aluatului forma dorit, de ex. cu ajutorul
mainii de tocat carne sau a poului;
aezai biscuiii n tava 8 acoperit cu hrtie
de copt;
coacei biscuiii n cuptorul nclzit la 180 C
cca 1015 minute.
Aluatul este suficient pentru mai multe tvi 8.

Chifle
Ingrediente:
300 g fin (sau fin integral de secar)
2 lingurie de praf de copt
200 g semine de cnep
1 ou
500 g lapte btut
1 linguri de sare
dup gust adugai chimion, cep, untur ...

Prepararea:
frmntai bine toate ingredientele i dai form
chiflelor;
aezai chiflele n tava 8 acoperit cu hrtie

coacei-le aproximativ 30 de minute la
cca 180 C.

Pericol!
Ateptai ntotdeauna s se rceasc aparatul nainte
de a nlocui becul. Altfel, exist pericol de oprire!
nlocuii becul numai cu un alt bec de acelai
tip (a se vedea capitolul Datele tehnice).

Aluatul este suficient pentru mai multe tvi 8.

Bezele
Ingrediente:
1 albu
sare
45 g zahr

Prepararea:
vrsai albuul rece ntr-un castron fr grsime.
Nu trebuie s existe resturi de glbenui deoarece spuma nu va avea consiten;
batei albuul la vitez mic pentru a evita formarea bulelor de aer;
condimentai cu un vrf de sare;
adugai treptat jumtate din zahr cnd albuul ncepe s se ntreasc;
batei-l apoi la vitez maxim pn devine tare;
adugai zahrul rmas. Astfel bezeaua primete consistena necesar.

pri n form de stea i formai rozete etc. n

propuneri cu experiena personal. V dorim n orice

Deschidei ua de sticl 6.
Desfacei capacul de sticl al becului din interiorul
cuptorului.
Desfacei becul i montai unul nou.
nurubai bine cu mna capacul de sticl.

Eliminai aparatul prin intermediul unei firmei specializate i autorizate sau prin intermediul serviciului local
de eliminare a deeurilor.
Respectai reglementrile actuale n vigoare.
Dac avei nelmuriri, contactai serviciul dumneavoastr local de eliminare a deeurilor.
Eliminai toate materialele de ambalare
ntr-un mod ecologic.

Garania i service-ul
Pentru acest aparat, se acord o garanie de 3 ani
ncepnd cu data cumprrii. Aparatul a fost produs
cu grij i verificat cu scrupulozitate naintea livrrii.
Pstrai bonul de cas pentru a dovedi cumprarea.
Dac avei solicitri privind garania, contactai telefonic centrul dumneavoastr de service. Numai astfel
poate fi asigurat o expediere gratuit a produsului
dumneavoastr.
Garania acoper numai defectele de material sau
de fabricaie, nu i deteriorrile rezultate n urma
transportului, piesele de uzur sau deteriorrile aprute la componentele fragile, de ex. comutatoare sau
acumulatoare. Aparatul este destinat numai pentru
uz privat i nu pentru o utilizare profesional.
n cazul manevrrii abuzive sau necorespunztoare,
uzului de for i interveniilor care nu au fost realizate de ctre filiala noastr autorizat de service,
garania i pierde valabilitatea. Drepturile dumneavoastr legale nu sunt limitate prin aceast garanie.
Perioada de garanie nu este prelungit dup realizarea reparaiilor realizate n perioada garanie.

Sicherheitshinweise
Achtung! Gefahr!

Lassen Sie das Gert whrend des Betriebs

niemals unbeaufsichtigt.
Dieses Gert ist nicht dafr bestimmt, durch
Personen (einschlielich Kinder) mit eingeschrnkten physischen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fhigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung
und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden,
es sei denn, sie werden durch eine fr ihre
Sicherheit zustndige Person beaufsichtigt
oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das
Gert zu benutzen ist.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gert spielen.
Sie drfen das Gertegehuse des Grill- und
Backautomaten nicht ffnen oder reparieren.
In diesem Falle ist die Sicherheit nicht gegeben
und die Gewhrleistung erlischt. Lassen Sie
den defekten Grill- und Backautomat nur vom
Hndler oder autorisiertem Fachpersonal
reparieren.
Lassen Sie beschdigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort von autorisiertem Fachpersonal
oder dem Kundenservice austauschen, um
Gefhrdungen zu vermeiden.
Lassen Sie keine Flssigkeiten in das Gertegehuse des Grill- und Backautomaten gelangen.
Sie drfen das Gert keiner Feuchtigkeit aussetzen und nicht im Freien benutzen. Darber
hinaus drfen Sie keine mit Flssigkeiten gefllten Gegenstnde, wie z. B. Vasen auf dem
Gert abstellen. Es besteht Brandgefahr und
Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags! Falls doch
einmal Flssigkeit in das Gertegehuse gelangt, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker des
Gerts aus der Netzsteckdose und lassen Sie
es reparieren.

Es drfen sich whrend des Betriebs keine leicht

brennbaren Materialien in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Grill- und Backautomaten befinden
(z. B. Geschirrhandtuch, Topflappen etc.).
Trocknen Sie niemals Textilien oder Gegenstnde auf, ber oder im Gert.
Es besteht Brandgefahr.
Berhren Sie niemals die Heizstbe oder das
Sichtfenster whrend des Betriebs oder bevor
der Grill- und Backautomat abgekhlt ist.
Fassen Sie whrend des Betriebs nicht in den
Grill- und Backraum. Warten Sie bis das Gert
abgekhlt ist. Sie knnten sich andernfalls
verbrennen.
Da Gehuse und das Sichtfenster in der
Glastr whrend der Benutzung sehr hei werden, mssen Sie einen Topflappen o. . zum
ffnen der Ofenklappe benutzen. Sie knnen
sich andernfalls verbrennen.

Lassen Sie den Grill- und Backautomaten

nach Gebrauch erst abkhlen, bevor Sie ihn
transportieren.
Fassen Sie Gert, Netzkabel und -Stecker nie
mit nassen Hnden an. Es besteht sonst die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags.
Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel stets am Stecker
aus der Steckdose, ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel
selbst.
Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel
nicht.
Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel so, dass niemand
darauf treten oder darber stolpern kann.
Sie drfen keine Verlngerungskabel
verwenden.
Wenn Sie Ihren Grill- und Backautomaten ber
einen lngeren Zeitraum nicht nutzen, mssen
Sie ihn vom Stromnetz trennen. Nur wenn Sie
den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen, ist er vollstndig stromfrei.
Benutzen Sie keine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder
ein separates Fernwirksystem, um das Gert zu
betreiben.

In der Bedienungsanleitung finden Sie folgende

Achtung!
Hinweise mit dem Wort ACHTUNG warnen vor
mglichen Sach- oder Umweltschden.
Diese Hinweise enthalten besondere Angaben
zum wirtschaftlichen Gebrauch des Grill- und
Backautomatens.

Bestimmungsgemer Gebrauch
Der Grill- und Backautomat dient zum Erhitzen,
Garen und Grillen von Speisen. Er ist ausschlielich
fr diesen Zweck bestimmt und darf nur dafr verwendet werden. Dazu gehrt auch die Beachtung
aller Informationen in dieser Bedienungsanleitung,
insbesondere der Sicherheitshinweise. Jede andere
Verwendung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgem und
kann zu Sachschden oder sogar zu Personenschden fhren. Komperna bernimmt keine Haftung
fr Schden, die durch nicht bestimmungsgemen
Gebrauch entstehen.

Stellen Sie das Gert auf einem festen, ebenen

und hitzebestndigen Untergrund auf. Sorgen Sie
fr ausreichende Belftung rund um das Gert.

Brandgefahr!
Der Abstand zwischen Gerte-Rckseite und Wand
sollte mindestens 10 cm, nach oben mindestens
10 cm und seitlich jeweils 5 cm betragen. Daher
darf das Gert z. B. nicht in Schrnke o. . gestellt
werden. Andernfalls ist keine ausreichende Belftung des Grill- und Backautomaten mglich und er
knnte einen Brand verursachen oder beschdigt
werden.

Brandgefahr!
Stellen Sie den Grill- und Backautomaten unbedingt
auf eine feste, ebene und hitzebestndige Unterlage. Andernfalls besteht Brandgefahr und das
Gert kann beschdigt werden. Der Bereich unter
dem Gerteboden kann sich verfrben und beschdigt werden. Darber hinaus knnen bei einem weichen Untergrund dauerhafte Abdrcke in der Unterlage entstehen.

Gefahr eines Stromschlags!

Stellen Sie das Gert nicht in unmittelbarer Nhe
von Wasser auf, z. B. an Splbecken, Waschwannen oder in feuchten Kellerrumen. Andernfalls
besteht die Gefahr eines Stromschlags.

Beschreibung

Der Grill- und Backautomat dient zum Erhitzen,

Garen und Grillen von Speisen. Die Umluftfunktion
sorgt fr eine gleichmige und schnelle Verteilung
der Wrme im Gert.

Bedienelemente

Da die Heizelemente leicht eingefettet sind,

kann es bei dieser ersten Inbetriebnahme zu
leichter Geruchsbildung kommen. Diese ist
unschdlich und hrt nach kurzer Zeit auf.
ffnen Sie das Fenster und sorgen Sie fr
genug Belftung.

Nehmen Sie den elektrischen Grill- und

Backautomaten und alle Zubehrteile aus
der Transportverpackung.

Quetschgefahr!
Greifen Sie beim ffnen oder Schlieen der Tr
nicht in die Trscharniere. Sie knnten sich sonst
die Hand quetschen.

Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme mssen Sie das

Gert und alle Zubehrteile von eventuellen
Verpackungsrckstnden reinigen. Reinigen Sie
die Zubehrteile mit einer handwarmen, milden
Seifenlauge und trocknen Sie sie anschlieend ab.
Wischen Sie das Gertegehuse mit einem
leicht mit Wasser angefeuchteten Tuch ab und
trocknen Sie es anschlieend sorgfltig.
Wenn das Gert innen und auen
vollstndig trocken ist, stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine entsprechende Netzsteckdose
(220 - 240 V~/50 Hz) in der Wand.
Schalten Sie jetzt das Gert ohne eingelegtes
Zubehr und ohne Grill- bzw. Backgut ein.
Lassen Sie die Tr des Gerts vollstndig
geffnet.
Whlen Sie mit dem Temperaturregler 2
230 C. Stellen Sie den Funktionsschalter 3
auf Ober- und Unterhitze.
Stellen Sie die Zeitschaltuhr 5 auf
15 Minuten ein.
Das Gert lsst sich nur mit der Zeitschaltuhr 5
einschalten. Sobald die Zeitschaltuhr 5 eingestellt ist, leuchtet die Kontrollleuchte 1.

Wenn sich das Gert automatisch abgeschaltet

hat, stellen Sie den Funktionsschalter 3 auf
OFF (Aus).
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose und warten Sie, bis das Gert abgekhlt ist.
Subern Sie den Grill- und Backraum anschlieend mit einem leicht mit Wasser befeuchteten
Tuch und trocknen ihn ab.

Ausschalten und transportieren

Ausschalten

Stellen Sie den Funktionsschalter 3 und die

Zeitschaltuhr 5 auf OFF (Aus). Ziehen Sie den
Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.

Ist die Zeit abgelaufen, legen Sie das Grillbzw. Backgut auf den Gitterrost 7 bzw. das
Backblech 8 und schieben Sie es in eine der
Schienen. Achten Sie dabei auf einen ausreichenden Abstand des Grill- bzw. Backguts zu
den Innenwnden und den Heizelementen des
Gerts.

Transportieren

Wenn Sie stark tropfendes Grillgut auf dem Gitterrost 7 zubereiten, dann schieben Sie das
Backblech 8 in die unterste Schiene. So wird
z.B. herunter tropfendes Fett aufgefangen und
das Gert ist spter leichter zu reinigen.

Wenn Sie den Grill- und Backautomaten transportieren mchten, lassen Sie ihn zunchst abkhlen.
Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel aus der
Netzsteckdose.
Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel um die
Abspannhaken auf der Gerterckseite.

Die gleichmigsten Backergebnisse erzielen

Sie, wenn Sie das Backblech 8 bzw. den Gitterrost 7 in die mittlere Schiene einschieben
und die Umluft einstellen.

Bedienen
Grillen und Backen

Nehmen Sie den Gitterrost 7 und das

Backblech 8 aus dem Gert. Legen Sie
diese gegebenenfalls mit Backpapier aus
bzw. bestreichen Sie das Backblech 8 mit
Butter oder l.
Lassen Sie das Gert ca. 10 Minuten (je nach
Temperatureinstellung) auf die gewnschte
Temperatur aufheizen:
- Whlen Sie die gewnschte Temperatur mit
dem Temperaturregler 2. Im Grillbetrieb
mssen Sie stets die hchste Temperaturstufe
(230 C) whlen.
- Anschlieend whlen Sie mit dem Funktionsschalter 3 zwischen Oberhitze (z. B. zum
berbacken), Unterhitze (z. B. fr Kuchen)
oder Ober- und Unterhitze (z. B. fr Pizza).
Wenn Sie grillen mchten, drehen Sie den
Funktionsschalter 3 stets auf Oberhitze.
- Stellen Sie mit der Zeitschaltuhr 5 die
Vorheizzeit ein (ca. 10 Minuten).
- Schlieen Sie die Glastr 6.

Schlieen Sie die Glastr 6, bevor Sie den

Grill- Backvorgang starten.

Schlieen in dieser Position ein.

Stellen Sie mit der Zeitschaltuhr 5 die

gewnschte Grill- bzw. Backzeit ein.

Die Kontrollleuchte 1 zeigt an, dass Ihr Grill- und

Backautomat eingeschaltet ist. Der Schalter der
Zeitschaltuhr 5 bewegt sich nun gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf OFF (Null) zu.
Hat Ihr Grill- und Backautomat die von Ihnen
eingestellte Temperatur erreicht, schalten sich
die Heizelemente zeitweise ab, um die eingestellte Temperatur zu halten.

Das Gert schaltet sich nach Ablauf der

eingestellten Zeit automatisch ab. Wenn Sie
das Gert vorzeitig ausstellen mchten,
drehen Sie die Zeitschaltuhr 5 zurck auf OFF.
Stellen Sie den Funktionsschalter 3 auf die Position OFF und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus
der Steckdose.

Sie hren ein Klingelzeichen und die Kontrollleuchte 1

erlischt.
Nachdem sich das Gert abgeschaltet hat,
kann die Zeitschaltuhr 5 noch eine kurze Zeit
weiterlaufen.

Benutzen Sie zum Herausziehen des Gitterrosts 7 bzw. Backblechs 8 immer den mitgelieferten Griff 9. Um den Gitterrost 7 heraus zu
heben, mssen Sie die kleinen Haken des
Griffs 9 von oben in das Gitter einhaken.
Um das Backblech 8 aus dem Gert zu heben,
mssen die groen Haken des Griffs 9 am vorderen Rand des Backblechs 8 eingehakt
werden.

Schalten Sie nach dem Grillen oder Backen

den Funktionsschalter 3 auf OFF (Aus).
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
Lassen Sie das Gert abkhlen, bevor Sie es
reinigen oder erneut benutzen.

Grillen und Backen mit Umluft

Falls Sie mit Umluft backen oder grillen, knnen
Sie in der Regel auf ein Vorheizen des Grill- und
Backraums verzichten. Das Gar- und Brunungsergebnis ist bei Verwendung von Umluft gleichmiger.
Beachten Sie die Zubereitungshinweise in Rezepten
bei Verwendung von Umluft.

Drcken Sie auf den Kippschalter 4 fr die

Umluft, bis er in Position - einrastet.

Der Ventilator im Grill- und Backraum arbeitet.

Die brige Bedienung entspricht dem Grillen und
Backen ohne Umluft.

Zubereitungstipps und Rezepte

In diesem Kapitel geben wir Ihnen einige Beispiele
fr die Zubereitung von Speisen. Diese Beispiele
sind Empfehlungen. Die Zubereitungsdauer kann
variieren.
Beachten Sie Zubereitungshinweise auf der Verpackung der Lebensmittel.

Muffins
Zutaten fr vier Personen:
1 Tasse Mehl
1 Teelffel Backpulver
1 Ei
1 Esslffel geschmolzene Butter
1 Tasse Milch
3 Esslffel Zucker
Salz
fr verschiedene Varianten zustzlich Nsse,
zerkleinerte Bananen oder Schokoflocken
Zubereitung:
Vermischen Sie in einer Schale Mehl, Backpulver, Ei, Milch, Salz und Zucker langsam
nacheinander.
Die Butter in einem Topf schmelzen und mit
dem Teig verrhren.
Je nach Geschmack mit Nssen, Schokoflocken oder zerdrckten Bananen mischen.
Den fertigen Teig in typische Muffin-Formen
geben und bei 200 C mit Oberhitze und
Umluft etwa 15 Minuten backen.

Zubereitung:
Die Toastscheiben vortoasten.
Anschlieend dnn mit Remoulade bestreichen
und mit dem gekochten Schinken belegen.
Jeweils eine Scheibe Ananas auf den belegten
Toast legen. Mit Curry wrzen.
Danach jeweils eine Scheibe Kse oben auf
die Ananas legen.
Die Hawaiitoasts auf den Gitterrost 7 legen
und im Grill- und Backautomaten auf der
mittleren Schiene bei ca. 180 C, Oberhitze
und Umluft ca. 8 Minuten berbacken.

Tiefgefrorene Pizza backen

Zubereitung:
Schieben Sie den Gitterrost 7 in die mittlere
Schiene des Grill- und Backraums.
Legen Sie die tiefgefrorene Pizza ohne
Verpackung auf den Gitterrost 7.
Backen Sie die Pizza bei Ober- und Unterhitze
und eingeschalteter Umluft ca. 20 Minuten.
Bitte beachten Sie die Verpackungsangaben.

Spritzgebck
Zutaten:
125 g Butter
125 g Zucker
1 Pckchen Vanillinzucker
1 Prise Salz
1 Ei
1 Eiwei
250 g Mehl (Typ 405)
1 Teelffel Backpulver
abgeriebene Schale einer halben Zitrone

Hawaiitoast
Zutaten fr 4 Toast:
4 Scheiben Toast
12 Esslffel Remoulade
120 g gekochter Schinken
1/2 Dose Ananas
4 Scheiben Kse zum berbacken

Zubereitung:
Die Butter schaumig schlagen.
Den Zucker, den Vanillinzucker, die
Zitronenschale und die Eier dazugeben.
Das Mehl, das Backpulver und das Salz
mischen und mit einem Rhrlffel unter den
Teig rhren.
Teig ca. 10 Minuten ruhen lassen.
Den Teig in die gewnschte Form, z. B. mit
Hilfe von Fleischwolf, Ausstechformen oder
Spritzbeutel, bringen.
Das Spritzgebck auf das mit Backpapier
ausgelegte Backblech 8 legen.
Das Spritzgebck im vorgeheizten Backofen
bei 180 C ca. 1015 Minuten goldgelb
backen.
Die Teigmenge reicht fr
mehrere Backbleche 8.

Brtchen
Zutaten:
300 g Mehl (oder Vollkornmehl)
gut 2 Teelffel Backpulver
200 g Leinsamen
1 Ei
500 g Quark
1 Teelffel Salz
je nach Geschmack Kmmel, Zwiebeln, Speck ...
Zubereitung:
Alles gut durchkneten und kleine Brtchen
daraus formen.
Die Brtchen auf das mit Backpapier
ausgelegte Backblech 8 legen.
Bei ca. 180 C ungefhr 30 Minuten backen.

Baiser
Zutaten:
1 Eiwei
Salz
45 g Zucker
Zubereitung:
Das gekhlte Eiwei in eine fettfreie Rhrschssel geben. Es darf kein Eigelb damit
vermischt werden, sonst wird der Eischnee nicht
fest.
Das Eiwei auf langsamer Stufe anschlagen,
damit sich keine zu groen Blasen im Eischnee
bilden.
Mit einer kleinen Prise Salz wrzen.
Die Hlfte des Zuckers nach und nach
zufgen, wenn der Eischnee anfngt fest
zu werden.
Dann auf hchster Stufe steif schlagen.
Den restlichen Zucker zufgen. Dadurch
erhlt die Baisermasse die ntige Festigkeit.
Das Baiser in einen Spritzbeutel mit groer
Sternentlle fllen und mit wenig Abstand
Rosetten, Zungen oder sonstige Formen auf
das mit Backpapier belegte Bachblech spritzen.
Den Grill- und Backautomaten auf
ca. 100 C Umluft vorheizen.
Das Baiser auf der mittleren Schiene bei
ca. 100 C Umluft ca. 2 Stunden backen lassen.

Leuchtmittel wechseln

Achtung!

Gefahr!
Warten Sie immer erst, bis sich das Gert abgekhlt
hat, bevor Sie das Leuchtmittel wechseln. Ansonsten
besteht die Gefahr von Verbrennungen!

Benutzen Sie keine Haushaltsreiniger oder scharfe

bzw. spitze Gegenstnde, um Verschmutzungen
zu entfernen. Dadurch knnten Sie den Grill- und
Backautomat und seine speziell beschichteten
Innenwnde beschdigen.

Wechseln Sie das Leuchtmittel nur durch ein

Leuchtmittel gleichen Typs aus (siehe Kapitel
Technische Daten).

ffnen Sie die Glastr 6.

Drehen Sie die im Innenraum hinten rechts befindliche Glasabdeckung des Leuchtmittels ab.
Drehen Sie das Leuchtmittel heraus und setzen
Sie das neue Leuchtmittel ein.
Schrauben Sie die Glasabdeckung handfest
auf.

Sollten dennoch einmal Verschmutzungen auftreten, knnen Sie den Grill- und Backautomaten mit einem weichen Tuch, das leicht mit einer
milden Seifenlauge getrnkt ist, reinigen. Bei
hartnckigeren Verschmutzungen oder eingebrannten Schmutz, legen Sie ein mit milder Seifenlauge getrnktes Tuch auf die Verschmutzung. Warten Sie, bis die Verschmutzung
aufgeweicht ist und entfernen Sie sie dann!
Reinigen Sie das Backblech 8 und den Gitterrost 7 in einer Splmittellauge. Hartnckige
Verschmutzungen lassen Sie einweichen. Splen Sie die Splmittelreste mit klarem Wasser
ab.
