Established in the year 1972, SHUBHAM ELECTRICALS is a more than 4 decades old
company. The company boasts of a robust infrastructure and since initiation, the size of the firm
has expanded over 2500 times. It is one of well renowned professionally run electrical
manufacturing industry based out of Delhi.
With its installation in 1972, it has 10 manufacturing units through out the INDIA.
Its extensive product range includes electrical components like modular swithches, multi strand
wires, power saver leds , and fans is appreciated by customer in domestic market across the
INDIA, as well as foreign market too.
Since startup the company has around 39% market share or fabulous more than 1500 billion
turnover which also include exports. It follow a client-centric approach and thus in the next 10
years time the company is claiming to make a revolutionary innovation in the ELECTRICAL
INDUSTRY.

Industry Profile.

An electric power distribution system is the final stage in the delivery of electric power; it carries electricity
from the transmission system to individual consumers. Electric power distribution only became necessary in
the 1880s when electricity started being generated at power stations. Before that electricity was usually
generated where it was used. The first power distribution systems installed in European and US cites were used
to supply lighting. In India the demand of electrical equipment increased after independence although in 1947,
at that also its a very tough game for industry to manufacture goods because of lack of funds. But now the
image is change, because of the hardcore hardwork by the Indians manufacturer leads to the highest production
of electrical power distribution products in the world. Makes India the most exporter goods to the world
around 42% in the world and import only 1% which we will hope to be end as soon as posibe.
Here in Shubham Electricals is producing a world class product as per ISI : 3854,ISI:694,ISI:1332;
standards, which is also praised by an ISO :9001:2008,CE-(European certification) means products which
satisfied all standards of quality internationaly. But by getting the appraisal by ISI and ISO not lead the
company to eat the sweat fruit of market across the country because of the throat full competition in the market
, as per current study conducted by the INDIAN GOVERENMENT there are more than 25000 companies
running these business in the country which making the quality of the product worst than garbage, which leads
product cheap and create problem.
Because of this Shubham Electricals have business its manufacturing hub in Delhi but not have its market here.
By this at present it is able to create a network of distribution in Punjab, Haryana , Uttar Pradesh, West
Bengal,Madhya Pradesh , Karnataka, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh and many more

Competition is, in general, a contest or rivalry between two or more organisms, individuals,
economic groups or social groups, etc., for territory, a niche, for resources, goods, for mates,
for prestige,recognition, for awards, for group or social status, or for leadership andprofit. It
arises whenever at least two parties strive for a goal which cannot be shared, Competition
occurs naturally between living organisms which co-exist in the same environment. Competition
can have both beneficial and detrimental effects
In simple language competition give an golden opportunity to present yourself, here competition
doesnt occur in quality but it includes cost, quality, packing, durability, innovation etc.
In market of electric power distribution the Shubham Electricals is mosty faces the competition
with small firms such as Goyma, O2Z, Greatwhite, indicab , kalinga and many more..,the
company is not against the competition but it focus more on doing business honestly rather than
doing wrong trade practices to earn huge gains.

MEANING:Marketing is the communication between a company and the consumer audience that aims to increase
the value of the company or its merchandise, or to raise the profile of the company and its products in the

public mind. The purpose of marketing is to induce behavioral change in the receptive audience. The
techniques used in marketing include choosing target markets through market analysis and market
segmentation, as well as understanding methods of influence on the consumer behavior. With increasing
urbanization , it is expected that tier 2nd and 3rd cities to be engines of growth in the coming years, making
extensive distribution network.
The SHUBHAM ELECTRICALS is winning in the market because we do things differently in the
market, that is the reason that we are surviving for 4 decades in the market of competition. It has
established a distribution neywork pan-India in recent years. Today, SHUBHAM ELECTRICALS has a
network of 430 wholesalers/distributers and more than 600+ retail outlets. As for the brand the company
is particularly strong in northern and eastern India which together is accountable a total sales of about
53% of total.
While on the other node the company also do the dealer, wholesaler and electrician based meeting which
make a direct contact with the seller and the electrician, and create an positive image the company in the
particular region.
