Why are you studying business law? Why do you study business law?
Business law is one of the major fields of law in the modern world. Arguably, its
significance as a category of law makes it a compulsory study for all those who plan
to take up a career in economics or business related careers. A law to oversee
business activities is necessary and therefore it forms a connection between
business studies and study of law.
As I have stated above, in my opinion there is a relationship between law and
business. Law is one of those fields of study which can interact with a large number
of other subjects.Business law is a very interesting subject. Basically business law is
a subject where you can develop a range of skills and explore many aspects of
business conditions regarding business rules, laws and regulation. Studying
business Law gives you a chance to strengthen your understanding and deepen
your experience across the full range of business laws requirement.
It is not useless to study business law because it enhance your knowledge and help
to explore the different business situation like the business you are going to start is
legal or not or it require any type of registration by law and other business
requirements that are necessary by business law. For every business student it is
very important that he must studied business law because he can understand the
laws, rules, and method of doing business easily. Without knowing about business
law he cannot understand the different business conditions that any business law
required. For example you want to do partnership business and you didnt know
anything about partnership act 1932 you cannot set accordingly and you will
suffer a loss in future so that by studying law he can start any kind of business
easily according to laws and regulation of that particular business.

I am studying business law because firstly its a course requirement. Secondly, it

make us aware of the legal issues involved in law and business. It is very important
for every business man and and business student to learn business law. So that he
can easily differentiate between legal and illegal business. If I want to start a
business it is necessary for me to know that the business is legal and illegal and if
you start a business without any consideration and after that you come to know that
this business is illegal by law than you will face tragic loss or other different
problems. It is necessary to know about business law before starting a business as it
will help you to operate your business without the hindrance of ignorance. And it is
better to seek the guidance to learn about the law. Business law make us aware of
legal issues, rules and regulation involved in law and business. I think it will be very
informative and interesting to study business law in this semester. As it is a new
subject for me but it will be interesting and there will be lot of new information, and
knowledge to know, understand and explore and this will be very helpful in future
and its study allows me to develop a wider perspective on both the business and
specialized expertise that will not only enrich ones business career but can also lay
foundations for successful postgraduate studies in law.
