Update Latitude & Longitude Information in PMS

Login in PMS using IETS School Code (http://ict.esg.ilfseducation.com/ictportal/login.aspx)

Under Setting menu click on School Management link

Match latitude and longitude by following any one suitable procedure

a. Copy Google Maps link (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=24.197611,120.780512) in new tab of
web browser Replace Latitude and Longitude value which is displayed in PMS then hit enter to
observe whether it points near to your school premises.
b. If PMS latitude and longitude not pointing near to your school get Latitude and Longitude from
DC/RC. Replace Latitude and Longitude in Google Maps link
(http://maps.google.com/maps?q=24.197611,120.780512), copy the link in new tab of web
browser and hit enter to observe whether it points near to your school premises
c. Above both procedure not pointing near to your school then copy Google maps link
(https://www.google.co.in/maps?source=tldsi&hl=en) in new tab of web browser & hit enter.
Switch to Satellite mode, manually browse village and school premises. When you click on school
premises (visible on Google map) URL changes in browser. Copy Latitude and Longitude from
URL (for example https://www.google.com/maps/place/1906'05.1"N+7255'02.7"E/@19.1014072,72.9152296
..) and paste it in PMS under respective field

For those who are not familiar with Google maps can use alternate link https://itouchmap.com/latlong.html
to manually browse village and school premises to get Latitude & Longitude (when you click on school
premises Lat/Long displayed under map. Copy it and paste it in PMS under respective field.

B. Update Internet Service Provider with their Upload & download Speed in PMS
After filling Latitude & Longitude in PMS, scroll PMS page to locate Top Internet Providers section

Copy & paste TRAI website link in new tab of web browser to track Internet Service Provider details
http://myspeed.trai.gov.in/

Close Pop Up/Dialog box asking to select Operator

Enter Village name/nearest landmark/School name in search box (or manually zoom in & browse to
locate school premises/village)

Once village/nearest landmark/school located - it will displayed in map as follows

Get Download speed for respective operators (maximum 3) by observing data speeds section and fill
it in PMS

Get Upload speed for respective operators (maximum 3) by observing data speeds section and fill it in
PMS

C. Click on Save button after filling both Latitude/Longitude & Operators information with
Download/Upload Speed in PMS to update the information
