On May 27 it was held the biggest event held by psychology degree called I am

psychology, that my view was an event of great magnitude due to the organization
and the large number of people who were present, first instance thought to be held
in a hall and attendance of students would be very limited, however, was quite the
opposite. At the conference issues of clinical and organizational level, where both
areas recounted to us what his roll in their centers internship, but I will focus only
on the organizational area as it is the area that generates me much greater interest
touched. I believe that within the branch of organizational psychology we can
involve many aspects seen in psychotherapy when to take a selection process.
When we find problems in workers such as self-esteem, depression, stress level
worker and the work environment it is influenced markedly because it could resort
to what corresponds to the Gestalt therapy, because its focus is centered the
people rather than the problems that the worker has, using the techniques offered
by Gestalt therapy could influence the worker to improve its performance and thus
the organization would not be so affected
If we want to apply another type of therapy in our work environment, could build on
the theoretical foundations of psychodrama applying a series of group therapy to
reduce stress level team, which basically seeks psychodrama is develop ourselves
in with spontaneity, and we are all beings spontaneous, if we good management
we can know us better and to better and identify our strengths and weaknesses are
within our organization. Rumps therapies help the level of understanding among
colleagues is much better, and thus able to obtain recognition of the company to be
a solid team and highly competitive.
Everything learned during carreara psychology helps us for the rest of our lives,
simply because we are inclined to one branch or another does not mean that we
study some subjects that we would not be important, the issue of psychotherapy is
very broad and simple features we realize that we can apply our knowledge in any
area of psychology, we thought that by studying psychology would not touch topics
related to numbers, but they were wrong, why part of psychology are based on
statistical studies where we must learn to interpret the results of the tests applied to

our population. our case we headed to organizational area, we have well


established what are the techniques that we use to process recruitment, selection
and training, as we know the customer defines what is the profile you need to
cover the desired vacancy.
