Steps for UAN Activation

Employees Provident Fund Organisation has allotted Universal Account Number (UAN) to all employees who are
active as on 30.06.2014.
Please note down your UAN and EPS No. mention in UAN Activation mail

Activation Process:
Visit EPFO website for which path is http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in

Click Activate your UAN


Click on I have read and understood the instructions, in the next screen
Enter your UAN :
Enter your Mobile Number :
Select State: Maharashtra
Select Office : Bandra-Mumbai
Thereafter, enter your Pension Number in the boxes below

Mention Your EPS No.

Follow the instruction of mentioning character in the box and click GET PIN,
You will receive SMS of PIN on your mobile. Enter the PIN in the box.
Click on I Agree and then click Submit
In the next Screen Press Click on Please click here to continue further

Enter your Fathers / Husband Name :


Enter your Date of Birth:
Establishment Name: - HDFC Bank LTD.
Tick on the Box
UAN Same will get display Automatically
Password : Create Password
(Password should be alpha numeric and should contain one special character)
Confirm Password : Repeat Password as mentioned above
Email ID : Mention your Email ID
Click on Submit.

Again Visit EPFO website for which path is http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in > LOGIN

UAN : Enter your UAN No.


Password : Enter your generated password
Under Download Option choose :
Download UAN Card
After download please take print of your UAN card for your record.

Note :1) Please note Password for future use.


2) Download passbook option is yet not available for employees covered under Exempted Provident Fund Trust,
hence you will not able to view and download Passbook.

EPFO Data Synchronization Issue:Dear Member,
There is a data sharing issue with Employees Provident Fund Organisation Office (EPFO) within their
Local and Central RPFC office.
We have already shared the correct members information to EPFO but due to their data synchronization
Issue, if member observed that there is a difference in members owns Name, Father Name / Spouse
Name, Date of Birth then as per EPFO guideline request you to follow following procedure for
rectification of same.

Steps for Change / Correction in details at EPFO Records :1) Fill the EPFO_Member_Details_Correction_Form where member needs to get the details change or
corrected.
2) Member need to also attach the supporting documents as mention in form and those documents
should be self-attested.
3) Send the Letter and supporting documents to below mention our PF Trust address.
4) PAD PF Team will further send the same to PF Vendor for further submission of same to RPFC
office Bandra.
5) RPFC Bandra office on receipt of documents will instate the process of correction of member details
in EPFO records.
