Working at the computer

Using the HP Address Book Manager
Use the HP Address Book Manager (ABM) program at your computer
to add frequently used numbers to the Public Fax address book and
e-mail destinations to your Private Email or Distribution Lists address
books.
The main ABM window looks like this:

On the left side of the ABM main window, you see these address
books: Your address book (your private address books are in here);
Public Email; Public Distribution Lists; Public Fax; and Public Printers.
The right side of the window shows the items in the selected address
book.
You can view, use, and change information in your two private
address books and the Public Fax address book. You can view and
use information in the Public Email and Distribution Lists address
books, but you cannot change it. The Public Printers address book is
for viewing only.
In addition to using the ABM to manage fax numbers and e-mail
destinations, you can use it to view the activity log or switch to the
ABM for another digital sender.
