1 Overview

1.1 System Overview

whereabouts. System in the form of maps and reports, provide pet location information. "With the

3 positioning terminal basic operation

Start the device

Pressing the power button 2 seconds long. Status lamp light up, loosen the
button out, after ten seconds status lamp will light up and reconfiguration of
GPRS, put out the configuration is successful, will again after login server and
register electronic fence, when after the success will again fast flashes three
times then success (if the boot is not successful can try again to boot )

Shutdown the device

Long press the power button for 5 seconds. Status lamp light up, loosen
the button after going out, watch status lamp fast flashes three times lamp shutdown
success; After shutdown system into low power mode, status lamp completely out.
power management
When continuous detected six times after the battery voltage is lower than 3.5
V low voltage will send text messages prompt customers to devices, low voltage and
remind for half an hour period.
The positioning terminal should be charged by computer USB.

Install the SIM card

When installing the SIM card, open the back cover firstly, then insert the SIM
card at the metal side into the card slot.
Note: the card slot is a small one, please cut the big card in the network operator.

GPRS network configuration

If the SIM card is insert firmly, the boot after power on rapid flashing status
lamp light up within 10 seconds after three times, said 45 seconds to put out the

boot process, until the configuration success;
Log in the server and electronic fence register
To ensure that the server normally open, after successfully in the configuration,
state goes to about 2 second period for two consecutive times or three times, four
times... Blink until the twinkle from blink twice to three times the system normal boot. If
keep shining twice said not login successful or electronic fence register is not successful,
need to restart your device at this time.
If restart after login failures are still needed to check whether the server whether
to start or error, etc.

Find the star
After the above configuration, login, registration system will be at full speed
into the search stage, if found successful star will quickly blink twice and into low power
mode, the mode will shining with the frequency of 1 second three minutes (180),

again and again into low power mode, the same flashing three minutes, and so on...

Seek help and query

Hold positioning terminal SOS button, to the designated mobile phone to send a
distress signal.
Press positioning terminal SOS button until the status lights light up, then loosen
after out, pay attention to observe if status light fast blink twice successfully send a
text message for help.
Through mobile phones can inquire pet real-time location: send short message
"1001" to equipment mobile phone number, after three minutes or so will receive

4 System installation

Communication server startup, modify GnssTrackerUdpSvr. Exe directory at

the same level of Config. Ini files, properly configured database connection
information, and then in turn run the bat file and start the bat file. Stop, and
unInstall the service, please run the stop. The bat and unInstall bat file

Mobile phone app install: using IOS operating system, please install pettrack.
App applications; Using the Android operating system, please install
gnsstrack. The apk, and ensure that mobile phone has been installed in the
Google play and Google service.

3 System operating instructions

Web server and the communication server is service program, as long as properly
configured, the service start properly, can continue to run automatically, do not need
artificial operation.
Mobile phone app is the PC client simplified version. Its function and operating is the
same or similar PC, therefore there is no longer to retell the use of mobile phone app,

Suggest to fill in the equipment Description "Vehicle Description", so to be convenient to

3.2.12 Retrieve Password

7 Common problems and solutions

1 After the user login system, can't find him in trajectory tracking device in the list of

the page for the equipment

Reason: it could be the user is not linked the purchased equipment associated with
the account

of the electronic fence

Reason: the user dont set with contact mobile phone or set incorrectly.
Solution: login the system, enter the page of user management and
input the phone number in the information bar of Contact Email

Reason: the user dont set the location timezone, system say the time in

Solution: login the system, enter the page of user management and
select the current time zone in the information bar of Time Zone

Reason: maybe the service time is expired.
Solution: Log in the system, enter "equipment management", select the device, Click
on the "View" button, enter the device information page, check to see if the End Service
