Objectives: (Day 1)
Learners must be able to:
1. Gain knowledge of how to make use of flowchart
2. Realize the uses of Flow chart in Basic Programming
3. relate all flowcharting symbols in problem solving

Objectives: (Day 2)
Learners must be able to:
1. Identify available flowchart symbols in computer application.
2. Figure out the types of flow chart symbol needed in problem solving.
3. Apply appropriate flow chart symbols on the given examples pseudo
code.

Content
Day 1

Identification of flow chart symbols


Relating pseudo code to flowchart
Additional examples of flow chart in programming

Day 2

Defining what is data type in programming


Giving examples of data types
Involving different data types in programming

Prior knowledge
The learners already know the pseudo code of basic programming but
they have no knowledge on how they will apply in flow chart.
New knowledge
The learners will discover the relationship of pseudo code and
flowchart specifically the use of pseudo code and flow chart in problem
solving

Processing Questions
The teacher will ask the following questions:
How would you connect pseudo code and flowchart?
How would you know if your flow chart symbols is appropriate in your
pseudo code?
(Day 1)Interaction Lecture Discussion w/ Power Point Presentation
The class will scan how a pseudo code translate into flow chart by
identifying proper symbols and correct diagram in a problem solving
scenario.
(Day 2)Interaction Laboratory Activities
The class will now create pseudo code and flowchart using application
that has flow charting symbols.
Integration
The teacher will provide some examples of pseudo code illustrate the
explanation using flow chart..

The students will check on the given examples to be considered as


their resources in solving a problem

Closing Activity
Group activity using Pseudo-code and Flow chart.

The learner will be able to open / understand the procedure in how to
open the application and familiarize the interface of the software.

The learner attain preferred output by knowing the basic interface and
understand the uses of every window.

Essential Understanding:
Understanding the image editing tool especifically adobe photoshop
will increase the ability and interest in their technical skills.

How does a software like adobe photoshop assist in enhancing an


image perhaps resulting a quality output.

b) They will be able to know how to open and understand the different panes
that may help them in image editing.
