Domestic Relocation Policy

What?
In order to facilitate the hiring of employees and encourage the mobility of current employees, Swiggy
provides financial assistance for certain relocation incurred by new or transferred employees. Such
assistance will be provided only as identified through the financial agreement made with the employee
within specific guidelines of Swiggys relocation program.

Who?

This policy is applicable to all new hires of Swiggy, who would be required to work in a different city
than where they are currently based, for a period >12 months. For an existing employee of Swiggy
needing to relocate, the relocation allowance will be decided on a case-to-case basis.

Policy Guidelines
Employees are entitled to avail the following relocation allowance1.
For employees with spouse & children relocating as well:
Option 1
: 20,000/- cash
plus one-way flight ticket for all members of the family from original city to
destination city
(OR)
Option 2
: Hotel accommodation for all family members for 1 Week (7 Nights) post relocation
plus
10,000/- cash
plus one-way flight ticket for all members of the family from original city to destination
city

For employees relocating alone:
Option 1
: 10,000/- cash
plus
one-way flight ticket from original city to destination city
(OR)
Option 2
: Hotel accommodation for 1 Week (7 Nights) post relocation
plus 5,000/- cash
plus one-way
flight ticket from original city to destination city

The cash component in the relocation allowance is towards packers & movers costs along with any
other relocation related expenses that the employee may incur.
The cash component of the relocation allowance will be paid to the employees along with their first
paycheck.

Domestic Relocation Policy

General Guidelines

Any exception to this policy needs to be approved by the Management. This Policy is subject to
change at any given point of time by Swiggy. The decision of the company shall be final and
binding. Any amendments or additions to this policy would be communicated in writing and shall
form a part of this policy.
