LUBRIFICATOR FOR STRIPS


STANDARD TYPE
Roller lubricator for small and medium size strips.
The strip is let through two felted idlers to which oil is fed by means of a pump.
Oil quantity can be adjusted. Oil in excess is returned to the tank via adequate pipes.
The rotation of idlers is made possible by the plate passing through the rollers.
Facility is provided to lubricate both strip surfaces, or strip upper part or lower part only.

The lubricator includes the following components:

LUBRICATOR FOR STRIPS


MINI Type
Roller lubricator for small and medium size strips.

ECO Type

Roller lubricator for small size strips


The strip is let through two felted idlers to which oil is fed by means of a
pressurized tank. Oil quantity may be adjusted. Oil in excess must be
collected in a container (not supplied with lubricator) which is to be
periodically emptied in the main tank through the ball filling cock.
Facility to lubricate both strip surfaces, or the strip upper part or lower part
only.

LUBRICATOR FOR STRIPS


HEAVY DUTY TYPE
Roller lubricator for large size and thick strips.
The strip is let through two idlers with felted nylon covering to which oil is fed
by means of a pump. Oil quantity is adjustable via two micro-metric
regulation cocks.
Oil in excess is returned to the tank through adequate pipes.
The lubricator is equipped with an air operated system which controls roller
opening and closing. A pressure regulator allows the user to set roller pressure
on the plate.
Facility to lubricate both strip surfaces, or strip upper part or lower part
only.
Roller rotation is caused by the plate passing through rollers.

MOTORISED ROLLER LUBRICATOR


FOR SQUARE
Roller lubricator for squares or disks
The square is lubricated letting it through two rollers with wool felt
covering. Oil to rollers is fed by means of a pump and oil in excess is
returned to the tank through adequate pipes. Special rest planes are
provided to guide the material through the rollers as well as supporting
it after lubrication. Roller pressure on material is ensured by springs.
Springs are adjustable through wheels.
The lower roller is motorised and it makes the square move, whereas
the upper idler only serves to transfer motion.
Facility to lubricate both surfaces of the square or the upper part or
lower part only.

"SLIM".... PART TRANSLATOR


for scraps and blanks ejection

Small and compact, the SLIM takes advantage of the inertial force to generate
the horizontal motion suitable to remove scraps or blanks.
Thanks to the interchangeability of the rail and the facility for the user to build
rails by himself, the SLIM is the ideal tool to meet any requirements; specially
useful for those applications where traditional belt conveyors cannot be used
because of reduced space or duration problems.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The inertial force generated by the SLIM device causes an horizontal move
on the rail, such to move the scraps or blanks.
The air operated system installed on the SLIM guarantees working safety
and ease of installation.
Where special requirements are to be met, the interchangeable rails of the system
can be manufactured by the user.
GAMMA SYSTEM offers standard, off-the-shelf rails complete with a
deadening base. Antioil version available upon request (rail fitted with a brush and
oil flowing on bottom of rail).

MAIN FEATURES

The SLIM consists of the following components:


1) Motion generator assembly supporting the rail
2) Pulse generating pneumatic valve equipped with FRL assembly and
frequency regulator
3) Zinc-plated plate rail. The rail may be supplied with the following base:
- sound deadening base, or
- base with antioil version

INDICATIVE DATA FOR EJECTION CAPACITY

SLIM Mod. 1: from 3 to 15 Kg/minute depending on the size of rails (data


referred to 25 to 100 mm large rails and with scraps of different shape and size
averagely oiled).
SLIM Mod. 2: from 16 to 25 Kg/minute depending on the rails (data
referred to 120 to 240 mm large rails and with scraps of different shape and size
averagely oiled). The above mentioned data may be changed also depending
on the rail length.
Average ejection speed for both models: 6 m/minute.

The SLIMmay be supplied in two versions:


SLIM 1 for 100x800 (max) rails
SLIM 2 for 240x1000 (max) rails
N.B.: Facility is provided to use longer rails if supported by pads made of antifriction material (nylon, celeron, etc).
Both the SLIM 1 and SLIM 2 offer the facility to reverse the motion, by
simply reversing the feed pipes.
Rail fastening via knobs so to make replacement quicker and easier.
Facility to implement both butt fastening and fastening on rest. Rails can be

GAMMA SYSTEM devices find broad application in the
shearing processing. They allow:
- easily ejecting sheared parts by P.M.S. in that air jet may be
generated even with machine stopped (see figure aside);
- proportioning air volume to any type of part with minimum
consumption;
- controlling any type of ejection device, drawers, movable
references, scrap cutters or feeders because two opposite air
outputs and one output for air jet are available.
