Good day!3 Weeks ago my uncle purchased one of your Samsung CCTV camera model SN
H-V6414BN/US with serial numberZC5C6V2GB00QSPL. Everything was fine until it was
upgrading the firmware. While updating the firmware there was a power interrupt
ion in our place. After the power got back, I can't access my CCTV anymore.
