Moreover, my email did not attack any one specific, but instead everyone in general on the notion that one must prove their worthiness to have and exercise their rights and liberties by the titles man imposes upon others. Suffice to say, your subsequent e-mail threatening me with criminal charges if | exercise my guaranteed First Amendment rights with you again, certainly proved the points | was making in my published article, and your attempts to abuse your power, color of your office, and official title, and superiority or influence over Sheriff Amott, to chill my lawful free, political, and religious speech, by bully your tactics to threaten me and thereby knowingly willfully, intentionally, and maliciously ig to frighten, intimidate, or cause me to fear, is the epitome of what I wrote about in my published article and fits the statutory definition of harassment.
