The City of Monticello will sublezse the use of all 3 whd towers to Redco Power for 2
year-s. Redco will pay the City of MolticelLo $ 1,000 lyew for the use of the MET towers
and for the abiiity to collect data and use ths data as it sees fit. Redco vrill also pay for all
related operations and mainlenance fot the 3 l\tGT towers furing tbis Z-year lease period.
