Sourcing: From job portals, internal database, personal networks and references
Screening: Through telephonic conversation with the candidates and gathering
details like CTC (current & expected), reason for change, notice period, location
constraints, shift constraints, etc.
Short listing: shortlist and reject candidates on the basis of communication skills,
interest levels, expectations, location & shift constraints and processing the
shortlisted profiles to clients.
Scheduling: Candidates shortlisted from client's end are scheduled for interview.
Following with candidates on the interview date and make sure they attend the
interview.
Tracker: Preparing trackers using MS-excel according to the client's format for
candidates list, profiles feedback & interview schedules.
Negotiating: With offered candidates on the CTC part and date of joining according
to the client's feasibility. Negotiating on the basis of offer letter from other
companies and the candidate's salary slips.
Follow up: Following with the candidates till the date of joining.
Client interaction: Interacting with clients about requirements, new requirements,
about offer, rates, joining date.
